It's awesome easy to use works great!!!
Works great!! Lights up rotates and everything. Had my 28 year old show me how to work it fairly simple once you know how. For me it held 14 days of meds very happy with it!@@

Very good pill dispenser
This dispenser is working great for my elderly mother with dementia. This has been a good purchase and I recommend it to anyone with similar requirements. It holds 2 weeks of her AM & PM pills. The contents and controls are secure under the clear locked lid, so she can't mess anything up. It reminds her to take her pills on time, and it prevents her from taking extra doses, which used to happen regularly because she couldn't remember that she had already taken them. She has been using it for about 5 weeks and the only discrepancy so far has been missing her smallest half pill one morning. We haven't had any functional problems with the dispenser. The clock has stayed accurate to the minute. The battery meter still shows full batteries. The size, shape, and weight of the dispenser are all good. There are some important upgrades with the version I received in May 2026 compared to earlier reviews:1) The lid of the dispenser locks with a small plastic key. This same key unlocks the battery door and optionally snaps onto the bottom of the dispenser for convenient storage. My mother has not discovered the key or how to unlock the dispenser. Two extra keys are provided in case you lose one. The keyhole is a simple triangle shape, which is probably good enough security for most users, but I wouldn't consider this dispenser sturdy enough or secure enough for anyone dealing with an addiction to the contents.2) The gap between the lid and the dispenser sections has been narrowed so that tiny pills stay where they're supposed to be and have not caused any jams. I've shaken it around at all angles to see if the smallest pills would migrate to other sections but they didn't. We keep the dispenser laying flat, right side up, and don't overfill it.3) An instruction booklet is provided that clearly describes how to program the dispenser and use it. It didn't leave me with any unanswered questions, but I'm not sure either of my elderly parents would have been able to setup the alarms. I'm actually good with that, because they'll definitely call me if they need to make any changes.TIP: Use double-sided tape to secure the tabs of the dosage ring to the pill tray. This keeps the ring in place and prevents pills getting stuck under the tabs.

Duability could be an issue. Use gently.
This pill reminder takes a bit to set it up. The plastic container came with a small crack in the top, but it does not impede the performance of the pill organizer. The alarm is very loud and demanding, if you don't turn it off immediately, which is good for my husband because he cannot ignore when it's time to take his pills. The lid mechanism is a little fragile, so take care when opening in up and I wouldn't force it. It will open to a 45 degree angle, if you just gently open it. It's hard to get all of the pills in it, when you take so many in a day, but it's nice when it's finally filled and you can let the automatic mechanism do its job. It's best to dump the pills into your hand, after turning upside down. Men's fingers are too big to retrieve the pills without dropping them.

Best thing on the market
Well made perfect for what we needed. No more accidental dosing and easy to set up. They can only get the doses needed at that time. They can't take the next day by accident or because they didn't think they took it. Best product on the market in my opinion!

Very tough
Bought this for my aunt with dementia to help with the confusion of taking new medications. When she was allowed to stay by herself for the first night she got impatient for her meds and began beating machine against the sink. The top cracked and the pill door popped off but only lost one dose of pills down the sink. The dispenser stayed locked and she wasnโt able to get into it with a spoon or knife after beating it on the sink. Very tough machine. Not sure I can salvage this one completely but Iโm gonna try. It did its job and happy she wasnโt able to access the other 10 days of meds remaining in the dispenser.Edit: After posting this review I discovered that in addition to beating the dispenser on the sink she ALSO beat it with a chipping hammer and used a pair of channel locks to try and break it open.

If you are a senior, Don't Buy
This product is one of the worse products I have encountered lately. Couple of items you will notice right away is: The case is slippery. You must pick it up and turn over to stop the reminder beating. The other thing is the font size on the device and App are very small and sometimes unreadable. The app does not allow you to zoom in to see the field you are typing in. I'm returning mine and you should too if you are a senior with neuropathy in your hands.

Great for an amnesia sufferer
Got this because I have amnesia and am terrible at remembering my meds. works fantastic โ really easy to fill and closes securely. The first thing to actually get me to take my meds in a while. I was hesitant about having it have a key (very useful for the intended audience, but I thought I'd lose it), but the holder on the back for the key keeps it safe.

Perfect for daily AM/PM vitamins & Medications
I was having trouble keeping track of which medications and vitamins I take on a daily basis ans really wanted to stick to a consistent routine. This organizer is perfect for just that, especially considering you can fill up for a month supply in one go, only took me 10-15 mins to fill up and I dont need to worry about it for the rest of the month. You can grab each individual container and pop it in your purse when going out so its super convenient. Highly recommended as Ive tried several of these organizers and this is the only one that worked best with my organization style.

Clear Instructions but annoying to setup
Thanks to the instructions this is easy to use but a bit of a pain to setup.Remember texting on the earlier cellphones?Well if you mess up you gotta click through everything again to set your settings and to check that they are correct. The best part is you just tip the device over to dispense the medicine behind the little sliding door. This action also stop the beeping alarm. You do have a choice to deal with the light blue flashing light to indicate itโs time for the dose. It comes with several cards to place in the device. I had it set for multiple doses per day and I found it works as set.It comes with extra locking keys but itโs not for locking the device from children.

PSW delight!
This is a great way to organize 2 doses of daily supplements, especially if they are being given to a loved one by a PSW.
