What ink cartridge does it use please?

Get waterman ink and either use a refillable lamy cart or I imagine one could just squeeze a normal empty cart and suck up the ink like a pipette. Proprietary carts are a rip.

Yes, the nibs are changeable to allow you to replace them in case of damage or if you'd prefer to use a different nib. In regards to the permanent ink, it can stain or damage the nib if you are not careful when using it.

No, pen supplied with 1 x blue ink cartridge only to start you off. Converter is not included and have to be bought separately.
