I purchased the TOPTOW Trailer Receiver Hitch Extender Adapter (4" Drop/Riser with 8" and 10" Extension options) to give my vehicle some extra clearance and flexibility when towing, and it has performed exactly as advertised. Lets begin by saying the price is perfect not to much and not to little for what you hope to be getting. It DOES NOT come with the Hitch Pin, which in all seriousness is not that big a deal. The Height is actually either to increase or decrease overall height depending on your needs. In my case I needed to raise so I installed accordingly lets see it took all of about 30 seconds to do so. Took longer to actually open the box. LOL Other than Higher or Lower there is no other adjustable unless if you need the actual hitch to be in further drill a new hole like I did super easy with a drill press and the right size bit and some cutting oil. 5 minute job' There is NO NOISE This monster is very very sturdy I think you will find it will surpass your expectations.

This thing’s got a 6-inch drop/rise, plus extensions for 8" and 10", and it’s like the magic wand of towing. I’ve had more freedom with this thing than a rooster in a chicken coop. I’ve got a trailer that’s so heavy it sags like an old man’s pants, and my truck’s receiver was sitting too low to tow it without scraping the ground like I’m hauling a hotdog cart through the mud. this exceeded all my expectations actually, great product

I've got a ranger pick up and pull a smaller trailer but the tongue weight was up there loaded, I also use a sway bar (not load levelers btw, big difference), and the ball is mounted on the right side for the anti-sway bar, it also sat lower than I liked and to reduce the bounce on the front axle, I used this 2" riser, super inexpensive and a super simple fix. Now the trailer sits just a touch down vs the 3" down angle and it makes a big difference in pulling. Finish seems solid, like a powder coating vs paint. *NOTE: no pin for securing to receiver but I have 3 of them.
