Best Naturals L-Carnitine 1000mg 60 Tablets

Decided to add this to my daily stack of L-Tyrosine and L-Theanine. I have PCOS and ADHD, and suffer from years of anxiety and bad sleep due to the average terrible diet and lifestyle choices someone makes in their 20's (work hard, party harder catches up with you), so have been doing everything in my power to reverse as much damage as possible through holistic methods (low carb plant based diet, supplements, regular exercise). I've made strides in the past few months and found carnitine to work synergistically with tyrosine to keep my mood from crashing after a workout and keeping the brain fatigue and fog at bay for productive work days. It's not meant to work immediately like ALCAR but I found it made me feel way more able to handle the cold from the first day (I'm usually fused to my electric blanket/radiator for 5 months out of the year). I also found I warm up far quicker and am faster to sweat during a workout and again, together with tyrosine, find I can go longer with both cardio and resistance/weights before the lizard brain kicks in.Overall, very happy with this product and can see it being of long term benefit.PS: I also take garlic to offset any TMAO worries that both carnitine and ALCAR can bring about. I decided to go with L-carnitine over ALCAR for its exercise benefits and I use the other aminos as mood boosters.

Great product from a company I have used for ages size a little big but I don't have issues around that and not so petty as to pull the product apart for this. Note to users " if they are too big crush them down don't just be so self entitled and slag the company off. Energy levels lifted after using this for a while

A 5-star product that lacks in one place.THE GOOD:I feel increased energy during the day.I have less sugar cravings and fever crashes in the afternoon.I'm less sore after workout and sleep better at night.The price is unbeatable. You can't get a total of 60,000 mg of L-Carnitine at this price anywhere else.Shipping was fast and efficient.THE BAD:Horrible packaging. The container-lid is plastic-sealed with no perforation. So you need a scissor or knife to jam under that plastic in order to break it open. I end up cutting myself every time.When you get the lid of, there's a seal covering the container opening (the classic "Sealed for your protection"). There's no "Peel here" so you need pointy nals to get under that 1 mm of plastic pertruding the edge of the container opening, and you really need force to pull if of, as the seal is glued mother rocking tight!When done, you now need to get the cotton out of the container. The pills only take of half of the container, and thus they're covered by a cotton ball intended to be discarded. But that ball leaves cotton strings everywhere. I would advise you to take out all the pills and check them individually to make sure no cotton strings are caught on any pill. I often get a cotton string in my mouth when taking these pills, and it feels like hair.

Best naturals L-Carnitine 1000mg really works, I’ve been feeling much better at work since I started using it.

They help give me energy. They also make me hungry "which is a good thing for me". Using them for an over active thyroid. Great so far. Been taking them for a couple weeks now. Will be ordering more!
