Really good little lamp to blast any aches and pains. The light and heat together really help with the winter blues too. I feel very low during winter and find this combo perks me up.

I bought the 100W. I think that some of the reviews that influenced my decision to purchase may be written about other models so wanted to leave a review. - I have not as yet noticed much change to pain, but think possibly it may be helping with rest/deep sleep? - the base is extremely thin and light so it easily falls over and the base material seems quite flimsy - the plastic grill over the front of the lamp also seems especially fragile and flimsy. I'm concerned it may break when I eventually need to change the bulb. - there are no switches nor timers on this model. You plug it in to switch on and unplug to switch off. Nothing more. - it really does feel warm - it doesn't heat the air but you can feel it heating your body which does make me trust that this is emitting true infrared light. Edit- came back to add a warning! The casing around the lamp becomes extremely hot and can burn. If you have young children of anyone vulnerable at home, you must make sure they cannot get near it. Edit 2 - after a year, I can say that I do notice a difference when I stop using it for a while, so believe it must be doing something to help general achey feelings.

Very poor heating capacity.

I don't have other lamps to compare with this one, but I will say that it certainly works! I have been surprised by the heat it generates, and it seems to help with certain muscular and other aches and pains. The design is not a classic that will be in demand for decades to come, nor is the build particularly weighty (something to consider if using it on a table or shelf or some such - an anchor might be needed), but it serves its function well enough, and, at the price, it seems fairly solid. Very pleased, in all.

Bonjour, cette lampe est vraiment bénéfique. Pour le moment je l'ai utilisé 3 fois (dos, tensions au niveau de la poitrine et rhume). J'ai ressenti les effets après des séances de 20 minutes. Il faut faire très attention à l'endroit où on la pose avant de s'installer car le socle est très léger donc il y a un risque de chute avec une lampe brûlante. Il aurait été judicieux de concevoir cette lampe avec un interrupteur. Par ailleurs le câble est assez court donc pas pratique. Il faut protéger ses yeux lorsque la lampe est utilisée pour le visage. Sinon je suis satisfaite des résultats. C'est une bonne découverte.

Would be lost without it now. Use for 30 minutes after work every night, twice a day at weekends. Got huge relief on a very painful bunion that hampered my quality of life.

Diese extrem günstige Wärmelampe ist sehr schlicht gehalten. Die Plastikhalterung wird während der Benutzung etwas warm, aber nicht zu heiß. Man kann die Neigung der Lampe lediglich horizontal um in etwa 20 Grad einstellen, jedoch kann man gut improvisieren, indem man den Untergrund entsprechend dem gewünschten Winkel anpasst (z.B. dickes Buch). Die Lampe ist stark und hat einen angenehm tiefen Wärmeeffekt. Ich benutze die Lampe zur Behandlung meines oberen Rückens und meines Nackens. Nach ca. 20-30 Minuten mit 50-70cm Abstand ist die Muskulatur tiefenentspannt und warm. Im Lieferumfang ist eine Lichtschutz-Brille enthalten. Diese schließt dicht um die Augen und lässt wirklich gar kein Licht durch. Nach dem Ausschalten der Lampe bleibt die Apparatur noch länger warm und man sollte nicht versehentlich dran fassen. Insgesamt erfüllt sie voll ihren Zweck und ist für den Preis ein echter Schnapper!

An ON/OFF switch would have make it better. Still great product though. It works great!
