Absolutely amazing stain remover! I was genuinely impressed with how well it works on tough stains like oil, grease, and other stubborn marks. It is easy to use and works without being harsh on colours or fabrics. The small bottle goes a long way, and it has become one of those products I always want to have in my cleaning cupboard. Brilliant results and definitely one of my favourite stain removers. Highly recommended!

So I went on a track day last weekend and typically got a load of engine oil all over my hiking trousers. I tried a normal stain remover with Oxi powder in the washing machine but it did very little. This actually worked far better than I could have hoped for ! Very very impressed. I also followed a tip from YouTube and sprayed on some WD 40 after a few minutes of applying Dr Becks for good measure. So between these two solutions, the stains are fully out.

I got bike chain oil on my new raincoat. This stain remover got it off but I had to use loads of it.

I wish I had remembered to take pictures! My daughter got some sort of black oil/grease on her new baby blue hoody. It was a lot! I tried wiping a bit to see if i could get it off and spread it a little instead, but then I found this gem! Done what it says on the bottle and I am so impressed. I would 💯% recommend this to anyone.

While away for the weekend husband gave son the job of sealing the top of the fence posts in the garden with old engine oil, you can imagine... blacker than black. For once discarded garments had been placed in front of the washing machine suspicious in itself and was horrified to find they were covered in black splodges and splashes, worse he had worn his newest hoodie in which to do it. I really considered the hoodie now relegated to the scruffy clothes pile but to make a point was determined to make said son go through the process of trying to get the stains out. I ordered this one evening and it came 2 days later, while waiting we tried washing up liquid and 'swarfega like' stuff on the jogging bottoms which thankfully had seen better days. The washing up liquid faded it somewhat and was slightly better than the gel. When it came I almost didnt bother as the instructions fine for one spot looked tedious for what we had to cover. The solution is put on the spot (with paper towel or a cloth underneath presumably to protect the unmarked fabric under, left for 10 to 15 mins with a saucer on top!!!! Bit of a sticking point for the coverage I had. Then using a moist cloth the spots are dabbed until the mark and solution come away. Then launder the garment as usual. In practise we spread the hoodie out outside with nothing under put the solution on as much of the spots as we had enough for and put pieces of roof slate over the top as our saucers. After dabbing away though it was difficult to tell if we had dabbed enough as when wet the sweatshirting went black anyway. It was then washed on a 40 deg wash with detergent and some vanish powder as I was still sceptical. I have to say I was very sceptical and am amazed at how good a job it did. The bottle was not enough to do all the spots on the hoodie it was difficult to apply just a bit for the tiny spots until the bottle was almost empty. After the wash the stains are gone in some places and barely visible in others. Some are still there as we ran out before we could do them all. I have ordered some more to go over those again. I am hoping it was a lesson learnt for my son having to spend the time on trousers and hoodie with the threat of him paying for a new hoodie. I helped him with the top and the half I did came out better lol. However it may have back fired somewhat in that it did get the marks out.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars I cook a lot of Asian food, which involves frying at high heat with significant oil splatter. Despite a reasonable apron I still manage to get cooking oil on things fairly regularly, and standard washing at 40 degrees with Vanish makes very little impression on it. A cooking oil stain that has already been through a hot wash is one of the more stubborn laundry problems there is, because the heat partially sets it. I used this on a white cotton shirt that had gone through two washes with an oily mark still visible. Applied the solution directly to the dampened stain, placed a clean cloth underneath as instructed, left it for the full ten minutes, then dabbed rather than rubbed the treated area before putting it through a 40-degree wash. The stain came out completely. I was genuinely surprised. The key things the instructions get right that it is worth repeating: dab rather than rub, use a cloth underneath, and do not skip the waiting time. Several negative reviews suggest people applied it and expected immediate results without following the process, which is understandable given how most stain removers market themselves but not how this one works. The bottle is 50ml, which is genuinely small. It dispenses a thin applicator nozzle rather than a spray, so dosage per use is relatively low, but for a product at this price the quantity feels limiting. For occasional emergency use it is adequate; for regular heavy-stain work the 250ml option is the more sensible buy. The safety warnings are serious and warrant attention: highly flammable, causes serious eye damage, harmful to aquatic life. Use it in a ventilated space, keep it away from faces, and don't pour leftovers down the sink. With those caveats noted, for grease, engine oil, cooking oil, and lubricant stains on washable fabric this is the most effective product I have used.

Great stain remover!

Wouldn't remove stains just by pouring the liquid on it. I soaked the shirt in warm-hot water with detergent for 4 hours. Then put in a couple of drops of this liquid and brushed out the stain. Magic! FYI this was a 6 month old oil stain that the dry cleaners couldn't remove lol.
