Does exactly what it’s supposed to do (with a little attitude)
It’s a flat iron. It gets hot. It makes hair straight. Mission accomplished. Heats up fast (faster than my motivation on a Monday), glides through hair without snagging, and gets the job done without me needing a full TED Talk in the mirror. My hair? Smooth. My patience? Still intact. My house? Not on fire. Bonus: will humble you real quick if you forget it’s hot and tap your ear. Is it life-changing? No. Is it reliable and does exactly what I bought it for? Absolutely. 10/10 would straighten again.

This was a great straightener but I am bummed to report that after about a year and a half of infrequent use (less than once a month), it just stopped working. No idea why. Tried multiple outlets. Update: it just started working again... Bumping to 4 stars. Mysterious
