Nice big size for 17" laptops. Good features like pull out stoppers to hold laptops in place, can raise to different angles and cool, changeable lights around the edge. Multi level fan speeds. Not too loud either.

Ok, so I wanted to use this for a couple of months before reviewing. I initially bought it for an ailing Asus Tuf 15 gaming laptop that needed help with cooling. (It's cpu fan was broken) Sadly this was not much help. but that could be more the fault of that laptop than the cooler. It didnt really do much at all for that one, although it seems to be doing a much better job with my HP Omen. No signs of overheating there so far. The Omen being over 17inch only just fits on it, but it does sit there nicely. The lugs that support the laptop in place could do with being larger (its a very heavy machine and I was initially worried they wouldnt hold it or it would slip over the top of them) but it grips on ok to the metal mesh without issue so far. The slip resistance is very good on top - although I had to put a non-slip mat under the baseplate to stop the whole thing sliding around on my (admittedly very shiny) desk whenever I opened the lid. Not an issue for me as I already had one I could use but something maybe to consider. The fans are very quiet - barely notice them on the higher speeds, and dont hear them at all on the low speeds. I mostly run it on setting 4 or 5 - turning it up to 6 only when playing heavier games. They are very efficient so far. I havent played around with turning off some of the fans so cannot comment how well that option works. The other buttons do work easily to control the cooler though. It seems to be well made (the frame and outside at least - only time will tell if the fans themselves will last) and sturdy. I like the amount of adjustments for the height. I have my laptop on one of the higher settings. Its a great angle for both playing games, watching videos and working etc. Very comfortable to both veiw the screen and use the keyboard. Previous cooling pads I have used have all been much shallower even at their highest so I was delighted to find this one goes so much higher and seems to be so strong. Has to be with the weight currently on it. The lights are very bright. I really wish there was a way to dim them so I could match the ambiance of the rest of my set up. They (and the fan settings) also have no memory so every time you fire it up, you have to re-adjust it to your preferred fan speeds and light settings. (Even if you have previously turned off the lights they come back on on the default setting) I do find that annoying, - its the main reason I have only given four stars instead of five. I would actually rate it at 4.5 stars as things stand but no option to do that. It would be a great upgrade to the cooler if they could make it able to remember the last settings used. Normally I turn off the lights now right away as they are (for my taste) too bright in, my admittedly over dark, room. A pity as I would really have liked the red option if I couldve dimmed it to match the backlight on my keyboard and mouse. The usb lead seems to be good quality and works just fine - havent tried the spare usb slot or the phone cradle as have no need of them at the moment so cannot comment on them. All in all, I am happy with it.

My son has a gaming laptop that has been overheating , hissing and shutting down . Tried everything to keep the filters clean but actually was told by friend to try a fan . I researched this item and although not the cheapest , was the highest rated with great reviews . The laptop looks great and i love the light colours but most importantly since using , no more laptop overheating . Very happy with the look, price and quality and highly recommend !

Windows says it "malfunctioned" after having it less than a year.

I have being using this now for a couple of months, and have to say I think it was really good value for money; this product looks good, does the job it's meant to do, and is also very quiet. It gets the job done. In general, would recommend. I have only given this 3 stars, however, as I do have one issue with it. The bottom tray, where the stand goes into the slots, is not the most durable, after only a few days, a crack had developed in the plastic, causing the stand to collapse easily. It collapses for me several times each day, and just needs to be re-set. This collapsing does create a risk to damage to my laptop. It may be possible that, if you were to use this product only on a flat surface, like a desk or table, that this issue of the plastic tray warping and bending, may not happen. Overall, I like this product and would recommend, despite the issues I have had with mine.

I bought this cooling pad because my laptop was getting extremely hot and would randomly switch itself off. Since using this pad, it hasn’t switched off once and doesn’t get hot at all. It’s made a huge difference to performance and peace of mind. The fans aren’t completely silent, but there are several modes and speed settings to choose from. I’ve found the medium setting works perfectly for me — it’s not too loud and keeps my laptop nice and cool. I also love the lights around the border of the pad. They add a really nice splash of pizazz and make my setup look that little bit cooler. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with an overheating laptop!

Para los q dicen que hace ruido... Pongan solo los grandes, está claro, si metes los 6 fan al Max, pues lo más normal es q haga un poco de ruido, pero vamos, lo normal. En las especificaciones lo pone, 6 fan, puedes activar los q quieras, los 6, los 3 grandes o los 3 pequeños, pero vamos, con los 3 grandes te sobra y no es necesario al máximo, al menos ahora en invierno y el RGB al gusto, en mi caso desactivado, tal como se ve en la foto. El único inconveniente q veo, es q ponen q tienes 2 USB, cosa falsa, ya q 1 lo debes usar para conectarlo al pc y así suministrarle energía, pero vamos, que es un soporte de ventilación, no un hub de USB, el soporte de móvil... Ni lo he usado, ni lo veo práctico, pero bueno, ahí está para quien le guste, un extra. Por el precio, muy buena calidad y no es nada caro, los baratujos 15/20€ por una mala calidad del material y de los ventiladores, merece la pena este precio y tener una aparente calidad de material, un display con botonera y no una ruletita escondida por detrás... Se agradece, la opción del combinar los ventiladores, el RGB configurable... Soporte metálico con una base de plástico duro... Para mi ... Perfecto calidad precio.

Really good considering its price, it’s really quiet too which makes it even better. Two really small downsides, one is the light has no off button so you just have to unplug it. The other is the usb cable that comes with it is really short, but you can easily find a longer one or buy a longer one for really cheap, it’s just an inconvenience that it’s that short

Uso questo supporto per un portatile da 15 da gaming e devo dire che mi ha sorpreso positivamente. La struttura è solida, stabile anche quando si regola l’inclinazione su una delle 8 altezze disponibili, perfette per trovare l’angolazione più comoda durante il gioco o il lavoro. Le 6 ventole con LED blu sono silenziose ma efficaci: abbassano sensibilmente la temperatura del portatile anche dopo lunghe sessioni di gioco.
