i have used this 6 times - the curds do form, but they do not hold together (they dissolve into the liguid) . The only thing i did not try is ?

In general all rennet in US are very weak. I’ve tried a bunch. The solution I had for this is after the curds get formed you cook them for 30-45 min in the same temperature you apply the rennet. It works for me perfectly
