This stuff is excellent I couldn’t believe how quickly it dissolved/ broke down the grime. I thought about replacing my flooring but decided to give this a go so glad I did the looks like new

Absolutely fabulous. I have a textured kitchen vinyl floor over time( even though I clean it a couple of times a week ) it has build up on it. I have tried everything peroxide, floor cleaners etc. I got HG and did the floor following the instructions and the floor has come up brilliantly. You could actually see the mud and stuff lift from the floor when leaving the cleaner on the floor for 10mins. Thus cleaner will now be my go to floor cleaner

I had a kitchen floor which desperately needed a deep clean. This took a little work to do but has finally made a difference. Firstly, I used this with a clean/dirty water bucket. The ratio is a bit frustrating 1ltr(an entire bottle in 5ltrs of water and 6 ltrs was more than my bucket could handle). I ended up just filling bucket and adding a very generous few slugs of solution in. I then cleaned the floors with my mop and bucket. The dirty water side was really bad after use. I emptied the bucket and waited 15 mins. I then repeated with some new water and solution. The second time the water was much cleaner. I then waited for 15mins, and rinsed with clean water. As a finish instead of the second rinse I steam cleaned. Each time led to improved results. I have enough solution left to repeat all steps tomorrow by which time I hope to have the cleanest floors ever 🤣

This cleaner did what everything else I'd tried didn't. Again, a last resort solved my problem, so maybe I need to change my decision-making process and try what I think is the least likely product first. I hadn't been impressed by other HG products (notably the mould remover for silicone sealant) so the brand wasn't top of my list. I have vinyl flooring with a debossed wood grain, and it's been a nightmare to get it 100% clean. As it's a light colour, I could see faint grey areas after cleaning that nagged at me. And this was after I got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed with a brush like my gran did. Failures I'd tried previously, not in order of desperation: * regular floor cleaner * sugar soap solution * castile soap * potassium soap * rubbing alcohol * laundry detergent mixed to a paste * vinegar * steam mop * Dawn washing up liquid Anyway, I'd reached the stage where £11 for a litre of a brand I'd avoided looked worth a shot. Result: exactly as another reviewer demonstrated in a video – wet the floor, scrub, and mop off the visibly grimy foam. If I'd seen it on a TV ad I'd have assumed it was fake. It wasn't. I needed to apply it with a spray bottle, so I made up one litre with 200ml of the cleaner and sprayed enough to show a puddle on each section I tackled. I couldn't leave it for ten minutes as suggested on the packaging because it was drying too fast in very hot, dry weather, so it only got a minute or two and I scrubbed as fast as I could. I watched the ingrained dirt lift. The colour of the whole floor had changed by the time I'd finished. I think half the problem is that the everyday cleaning products we use often make things worse, especially the "spray and wipe" kind that you're told you don't need to rinse. I suspect these liquids just make the floor look cleaner because they dissolve patches of dirt, then redeposit it all in an even layer, so without any contrast between dirty patches and clean ones to compare, you think the floor's okay because you gradually forgot what colour it was when new. Okay, HG, I apologise for doubting. I'll buy this every time. I might try a more dilute solution for everyday cleaning, too. (And it worked a treat on the ceramic hob as well. Just an experiment.)

Ok but have to really try hard for it to work , string scent, nit great value as doesn’t last long , no shine
