Quality product
Simply the best counter top water dispenser I've owned. Functional and nice looking. LOVE IT!

we are very happy with the product
We purchased 10 of these. We bottle our filtered water and keep on the in fridge and the others on a shelf in the root cellar. First time we used 4 of them the spigot leaked. I have sent an email to the mfg to request replacement spigots. I will update if/when I hear back. Other than that leaking issue, we are very happy with the product. If the mfg will replace those spigots, then I will upgrade to 5 star. UPDATE: 2-18-2015 upgraded review to 5 star I emailed the mfg as I stated above and today received the following reply: Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your recent experience with one of our products. Our consumers' comments are very important to us, and we regret the problem you encountered with the above referenced product. We have forwarded yours to our Quality Control Department for further review. All of us at Arrow Plastic work very hard to manufacture reliable quality products since, like you, we too are consumers. Arrow Plastic stands behind every one of its products 100%. To that end, we are happy to send you 4 replacement spigots for your beverage dispensers. Me encantó, no tiene fugas y el tamaño es perfecto, cabe donde sea y la capacidad es suficiente, la calidad-precio me parece la mejor en comparación a otras que he visto, ampliamente recomendado.

Would not buy again.
This is the second one I bought. The first one broke after using it for a few months but I thought maybe I had done something to it and not realized it. While pouring tea into this one the bottom corner cracked and tea came pouring out. After having two I think they are just flimsy and not well made.

Se rompen con facilidad, no soportan el peso del agua, se doblan de los lados, los movía para llenarlos de agua y cuando lo regresé a superficie lisa sin ningún tipo de superficie que pudiera dañar, se rompieron los dos, se agujeraron de los lados y de abajo, el plástico es muy delgado
