Is 1” coupling 1” INSIDE diameter (ID)?

I have not measured it, but standards for measurement are that Pipe measurements are ID inside diameter) and tubing measurements...like what this connector is designed for...are measured OD (outside diameter). Pipe is, of course, metal. Tubing is plastic, nylon, rubber etc.

The width is clear but how long are these items?

I have never used the 3/4 inch connectors. The 1/4 in connector is about 1 1/4 inch long.

Can I use this to connect a hose from a dehumidifier pump? The one that came with it was compromised and the water won't leave to unit

I don’t see why not. I use them to connect tubing to water samplers
