SSK Portable SSD 1TB External Solid State Hard Drive USB C Up to 1050MB/s

So I bought this little SSD 1TB drive for movies. I put a bunch of movies on it since I travel a lot. and it connects to my iPhone pro max through a usb c cable and than all you do is go to your Blue Files folder on your phone and than open up the drive and can watch any movies that you put on it. Which is super nice. It's super small and light weight as well. and well built. I love the fact I can add tons of movies on it and can watch either on my iPhone or iPad and don't have to use extra space on either for movies. This is nice as it saves me GB on both iPhone and iPad. Also just an FYI if your iPad or iPhone still uses a lightening cable sadly it will not work for you. as the lightening cable dosen't have enough power to turn it on and power the small ssd drive. Super easy to use and no set up don't need to reformat it or anything. super happy with this. As this is a huge game changer now as I can have 1TB worth of movies on it and can use it on an iPhone or iPad and no longer have to take my laptop to use to watch movies any more as I travel.

This SSK 1TB external hard drive has a very fast transfer rate. It was a great price also. It was easily compatible to my MAC and the storage capacity was perfect since I do use icloud for backup. I needed to backup to an external drive before upgrading to a new OS and this little hard drive did the trick in just a few minutes. It will also encrypt your data if you need it to. Great device.

Purchases the 500GB in February and I just now ran out. It’s so compact and I love that it was so easy to store. Never once lost my data on it. Very reliable.

I've owned this for a while now I've not had any trouble with it it's small compact easy to carry has lots of space to put whatever you want.

So far the speeds on this device is good, of course changing the format from exfat too NTFS because there was no Max device mostly windows 10/11 computers and it would work much faster and such while gaming, and once that was done taking of course a long time to format like 4+ 5+ Hour's? Since I didn't want to use quick formatting for some reason. And I did see a slight opening on one of the aluminum pieces on the very edges which is a slight build quality problem, but the product works just fine, speeds are just as expected and gaming seems fine on the SSD...... PS on the side that's slightly peeking open for some reason where I could see the blue light coming out of from the one of the main aluminum pieces, it still works good for heat distribution to dissipate.. Also other key notes besides the negatives and neutrals, good weight, good portability, ok formatting but it does take a long time if you do the longer formatting options, so I do recommend waiting it out if you need too... Overall I would say this is a overall good product for what it needs, like for simple and nice gaming, or general file transfers, stuff like that should be fine especially with Steam games and such. Anyways I hope this review was even at the least, slightly helpful and if not that's completely fine we all have are own opinions. Hope y'all have a good day and that's all.. PS the seems on the aluminum that meets the plastic or if most if not all the parts are plastic then I am not too sure feels like aluminum for the main big front plates and backplates of it with the outer smaller sides being plastic but regardless the seems on it is not actually that bad as I first thought and I re-checked, I see a little bit of blue light coming out not where is should but it's actually still intact decently.....

Compact design, easy to connect, well made.

I really wasn’t expecting this to be this small. Works really easy. Just plug and play. I’m using it to back up my photos and videos off my iPhone. The drive came with two cords. One is usb c to usb c and the other is standard usb to usb c. So it’s pretty modern to fit just about any device. The device is powered by my iPhone so you don’t need any additional power cords. Files are easily transferred from the phone to the hard or the other way very quickly.

Just received and so far I'm pleased with it. It is amazingly small! Just hard to imagine it is a 1TB drive in that small of a case! I am also pleased with the speed. On my Mac Studio with the SSD formatted as an APFS drive, I am getting about 800 MB/s W/R speeds (with the Blackmagic Disk Speed Test), which is pretty much the same as my several T9 SSDs. Can't speak to reliability as it is brand new, so keeping my fingers crossed on that point.

5年ほど使用した日本製のHDが急に動かなくなったため、会社のIT部門（海外）にお勧めの製品を問合せて急遽取り寄せました。本当に届くのか少し不安でしたが、予定通りに届きました。また、実際使用してみて転送速度はその前のHDに比べて「早い！！」と感じました。説明書に日本語での説明はありませんでしたが、差し込むだけですので。持ち運べるコンパクトな作りなのに、容量も普段の業務には十分な大きさでした。

Den skriver och läser bra och fort,men nått konstigt är det för när jag lägger över bilder från datorn till disken så antingen ligger dom inte kvar sen dom är helt borta eller så är några kvar och resten finns inte med eller så blir det tomma bild filer. Mycket märkligt.

I've purchased this twice now because I was surprised at how small and compact it is. Very good product, best external SSD I've bought recently.
