Is this cocentrated and needs to be mixed with water, or do you just pour it as is into the cement mix?

Just pour into cement mix. Dampen the area you are repairing too for best adhesion.

Can this be added to spec mix polymer modified adhered veneer mortar?

will this product work with masterseal 583?

Yes It will improve adhesion and water resistance. Dilute 3 to1 with water. My father sold Thoroseal products in the 1950's and they began doing this when it was Acryl 60 and 583 was Thoroseal. Its been time tested.

Has anyone tried this with ultracal 30 or plain plaster? do you feel they are stronger with this? manufacturer said it can i would love your opinions
