Solid monitor and raises up perfectly
This monitor is perfect for work. Quality purchase. It is a great size and I placed it just behind my laptop. I extended it to the max and sits on a book to elevate it just an extra inch higher. It sets perfectly above my laptop giving me dual monitors in a tight vertical space. It has HMDI and other ports and does the job. The screen is crisp too.

Another great Dell product
I have had numerous DELL computers (desktop & laptop) and monitors over the years and I have been very satisfied with all of them. This new monitor is no exception. I've only had it operating for a day but once again I am very satisfied AND I am very satisfied with the adjustable base that raises the monitor up and down and tilts and rotates. I would definitely buy it again.

Great monitor, but does not come a VGA cord
Great monitor, but mine did NOT come with a VGA cord, which I needed to connect to my laptop. I had to run to Wal-Mart to buy the VGA cord ($7).

Dell P2018H 20" LED-Backlit LCD Monitor, Black
Liked the ease of installation; the size was perfect (within 2 mm) and it just works perfectly. Makes me wonder why I didn't do it earlier. Excellent product.

Only 11" x 18"
I received a P2018H, but it is no where near the stated dimensions of 20.1 x 13.8 x 6.5 inches. It is a very small 11 x 18.

Great 2nd Monitor for My 17" Laptop
I use this monitor to view charts and supporting information for investing along with the 17" screen on my laptop. Good image quality and brightness for this class of work. The additional USB ports are a very useful feature as well. I use this monitor in landscape orientation but have used this type in portrait as well which really facilitates full page viewing of typical documents, nice to have the option.

Great product
Vivid display and easy to set up. Downside: The monitor comes with 3 cables-none of which fit the ports of my Dell laptop.

Poor quality monitor which can't be returned
This monitor has poor display quality. What's worse is amazon refuses to take it back - this is crappy policy on account of amazon compared to what they promise on TV advertisements where they say shop at peace.

Portrait mode monitor
It was very easy to put this in portrait mode, just rotate and done! Only thing I didn't realize was how short the height of the monitor was. If you don't plan on having this in portrait mode, then you might want to confirm that the dimension works for your use and space.

ピボットで使ってみました
ピボット（画面回転）ができるので購入しました。 Wordの編集で１ページを見渡せるし、ページをまるごとスニッピングできるのでマニュアル作りには便利です。 それに上下の高さやチルトを簡単に変えられので、ＰＣを複数の人が使うような職場には向いていると思います。 側面と画面下にＵＳＢ3.0のポートが付いており、ＰＣ本体が離れていてもUSBメモリーの挿抜が楽です。 ピボットで使えるかどうかはＰＣのグラフィック機能に依存するため、購入する前に使用するＰＣの機能を調べた方がいいでしょう。 ケーブルはＶＧＡとＤＰの２種類ついてますが、購入時の入力はＶＧＡに設定されているため、ＤＰを使う時は設定変更が必要です。（画面右下のボタンを操作するだけです）
