The inner dimensions of the case are: "130 (H) x 315 (W) x 445 (D) mm", the CD case dimensions are "124 (H) x 142 (W) x 10 (D) mm", so you can put two rows á 44 cases standing inside the case which equals 88 CD cases....

Is there a way to purchase replacement foam inserts?

Hi, amazon sell foam cubes that you can then cut down to size. See here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Shadow-Foam-Easy-Peel-Customisable-Full-Black/dp/B07TZJ9RTM/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=69BJ7NTP7TAC&keywords=foam+cubes&qid=1648726037&sprefix=foam+cubes%2Caps%2C97&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFMWkdFOFNYRDJPWVomZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA0MTczNDlPVzVBOVlPVEhJUVImZW5jcnlwdGVkQWRJZD1BMDEwMDE2NTNNR0ZNVDFZVDg3UDImd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl

What are the dimensions of the foam blocks used to shape the foam to fit the contents?

In the case I have, the bottom has 3 layers of foam each approx 28mm deep and each layer is perforated into 15x15mm squares so each block would be 15x15x28mm
