The sprayer is not working.

This usually happens when not enough water is mixed with the cleaning solution. Always include at least 90% water in the cleaning solution to avoid clogging the sprayer.

The water tank/bottle doesn't stay on and keeps falling off.

This usually happens when the water tank cap is not screwed into the bottle correctly, which causes the bottle to not sit perfectly on the mop.

Muddy dog prints met their match

LOVE IT. I have two big dogs and a muddy yard. This is lightweight. It turns so tightly, gets right up against the baseboards. Very maneuverable. Takes no space for storage. The removable pad is environmentally responsible and terrific at trapping dog hair
