Absolutely brilliant , very sharp, easy to use , the price brilliant love the design can't stop looking at it and it has it's own box to keep it in when not in use .

After working in the catering industry for 16 years and trying multiple different brands I decided to give SHAN ZU a try. Hands down I can honestly say it is the best knife I have ever owned. It’s nicely weighted and comes super sharp straight from the box. The Damascus steel provides excellent quality and keeps it easy to maintain. I loved it that much that I went on to buy 3 more knives from them and hope to extend the collection further in the future.

I’ve owned this SHAN ZU chef knife for around 3 years and have been very happy with its performance and sharpness. I did recently have an issue with the handle, however the customer service team handled it professionally and quickly arranged a replacement. Very pleased with the support I received and happy to continue using their products.

This knife looks the part, the quality is very good, the blade and overall knife design is first class. But I purchased this believing it was Japanese and it says made in Guangdong, China on the box, so I feel disappointed in that respect. Have looked through all the product info on Amazon and the place of manufacture is not referenced.

Worth the price. Looks amazing and really sharp

Great knife! I've been a cook for over thirty years and always had a knife service so never felt the need to buy my own, until recent change in work I wanted to get my own as nobody seems to take care of a knife edge where I'm working now. Well the price was very reasonable, the weight feels nice , the handle is very comfortable (my hands are average size), looks and feels great. Cuts very well I have used it in a professional setting for two weeks and still is holding its edge. Will purchase from this seller again. If you are on the fence about buying this knife I suggest looking at some from a restaurant supply company, they are ridiculously expensive and likely the same quality, would highly recommend this company.
