You need
I started using this back in 2025 and I’m telling you it works so good on plants that you think have no life. It brings them back to life. It’s wild. It stinks like urine but I don’t care it does the job.

Great product
I love this product. The sprayer wand and apparatus is so much better than trying to hand spray the plants, especially trying to spray the underside of the plant which is needed for adequate parasite control. My affected plants are healthy again and have never looked better!

Great anti-pest spray for new houseplants!
While I didn't have any pests to get rid of per say I do use this pretty routinely on all my houseplants as a preventative and to keep pest issues at bay. Also, this is a great spray to use on new houseplants when bringing them home to prevent any pests infecting other houseplants. This and also wiping down the plants with neem oil wipes. Will reorder when needed.

Missing spray attachment
This is a high quality product, perfect for organic gardening. The price was good; however, the product shows a sprayer with this bottle, which is why I bought it, but no spray attachment came with the bottle. I will have to find another way to put it on my plants, which is disappointing.

This is a great product!
I wanted something to combat fungus gnats in the soil of some of my house plants, so I ordered this product, with the sprayer wand, which makes it very easy to use. I have a couple fiddle leaf fig plants which are notorious for getting gnats in the soil, yet they are not happy about being repotted with a soil change, so what to do? I sprayed the entire plant outside- under the leaves, on the leaves, stem and the soil surface as well. I know I may have to amend this process with another soil Bonide treatment, and that's fine, but the neem oil in the Captain Jack did a beautiful job of treating these huge leaves. At first the spray left white dots, and I thought I would have to wipe off the surface again but once dry, the leaves are gorgeous, shiny and clean looking now that the spray has dried. I see no evidence of bugs, so mission accomplished~ The battery-operated wand makes this very easy to use but do spray outside if you can.

Cheap Spray Nozzle
Been using this for aphids indoors for about a week now, there’s certainly less of them. I’m hoping another week will see all pests gone. I’ve had other neem oils have pungent smells in the past, so I was happy that this one only has a minor odor. Regardless, post two stars for the worst possible spray mechanism ever. It is not the spray nozzle pictured (which works well), but instead one that is difficult to press and ineffective at dispensing the product. Instead it barely sprays and most drips onto your fingers and makes a mess. Hard to control bugs when you can’t spray the product on your plants. Cheapest quality bottle ever.

Neem cold pressed oil spray is a blessing!
I am pleased to use this Neem oil in keeping with our organic herb & flower garden. We had a plague of white flies on some of our most prized shrubs. With such an infestation, it took several rounds of this before I think we made it through.

Neem oil is effective on contact. So must be used multiple times to eradicate bugs.
I grow most of our veggies and indoors under lights year around, and bought this neem oil primarily to eliminate spider mites that I brough in with an online purchase. I did get the battery operated spray, but I use a spray bottle that dispersed the spray more evenly. Neem oil will kill bugs and eggs, but it is a contact spray and must be sprayed directly on eggs and bugs to kill them. Leaves must be sprayed top and bottom, stems must be sprayed, and even the soil must be sprayed for any bug or eggs in the soil. Especially when the plants have a lot of foliage, multiple sprays are required in an effort to spray all of the bugs and eggs. For something like spider mites, this means spraying the plants thoroughly every other day for up to 2 weeks. If you miss any mites or eggs, they start reproducing all over again. For example, a spider mite female, within a few days of hatching, can produce 8-20 eggs per day and live up to 3 weeks. That means that one female spider mite, if left undisturbed, can theoretically produce 300+ eggs by the end of her life. If you get spider mites, you must be diligent in consistent spraying to prevent a severe infestation. I have been battling spider mites for a couple of years, and I can't honestly say you ever get rid of them. About the best you can do is to control them. If you do have spider mites or other bug problems, this gallon bottle, since it is ready to use, will not last long depending on the number of plants you have. It might be more cost effective to buy a concentrate that needs to be diluted. If you have a number of plants to spray, as I do, this gallon bottle is a good size, but is not cost effective. I do like that this spray is all natural and not toxic, but there are other options for concentrated sprays that are added to water that last much longer. This spray is effective as a contact spray, but the key word here is "contact". If you miss one female or one egg, they can start up all over again. I hope this review was helpful for you.
