anyone using this for hayfever?

Hayfever is an allergic reaction to pollen in the air. The salt pipe is aimed at eradicating chronic infections that have resulted in obstructed airways, so will be next to useless in treating hayfever. Hope this helps you. Rob.

can it be refilled with other rock salts or does it require a special refill?

Where there's a will there's a way, this inhaler has been put together so with some help it can be taken apart, maybe not in the same way. I've only just received my pipe today and will be making it refillable. I want to use Himalayan pink salt in it. My thoughts are to cut in through the bottom air intake or drill a hole in the side and use a bung/grommet

Is this a ceramic one or a plastic one please?

Bought one years ago then forgot about it. The hole on the front has a little sticker over it, do I remove it, or use with sticker in place?

As far as I understand it, the sticker-like little flap over the small hole is a valve, which helps to prevent moisture getting into the salt if ever the user inadvertently exhales into the pipe. The flap then opens up to allow the moist air to escape before it reaches the salt. (Tip: also ensure not to store it in a damp place!)
