Please see the user manual for full instructions. To change the Date/Time, plug the device into your computer, Double click the program named Time Setup that's located in the root directory of the PR200. Set the time and click Start.

Hi i purchased on a few weeks ago and my pc has stopped spotting it / it's not charging. any idea what the problem could be please?

It could have been formatted incorrectly. Please ensure you're plugging the device into a windows PC. If the program built into the windows OS doesn't detect your PR200, you can try downloading a USB formatter program and resetting it that way.
