DELL 11'' HD IPS Chromebook, Intel Celeron Processor Up to 2.40GHz, 4GB Ram, 16GB SSD, Super-Fast WiFi, Chrome OS, Dale Black (Renewed)

I've had this for a week now, and I'm going to try to do my best to give a thorough review. Pros: - It came in great, impeccable condition, really, with the right charger and everything. - Awesome battery life - Comfortable keyboard - Easy to navigate (I used to have a decent windows HP but it got destroyed due to a water accident, so I wanted something cheap that works, primarily for creative writing. I have limited experience with Chromebooks, but this has been super easy to learn) - Even though this Chrombook comes on it's last update (see Cons), there are still plenty of helpful add-ons to be downloaded from the Play Store. For example, the voice recorder I downloaded (and internal mic of the chromebook) produces better sound quality than my moderately expensive HP - I like the sleek, all black design - It doesn't run hot or loud Cons: - Wifi detection can be pretty weak, so make sure you have access to a strong wifi connection - Headphone jack seems to be a little worn out, so sometimes depending on how I move the chord, the sound quality in my headphones changes (this is probably a problem that is exclusive to my chromebook) - It is a tad slower overall than middle to high end laptops, but not unbearable - Since Chrome is on it's last update, you can't download crucial extensions like Adblock. Overall, for 62 dollars or something after taxes, this is an amazing laptop. Frankly, I love it, and all the cons are not deal breakers at all. I guess it also comes down to the quality of the individual Chromebook that is shipped to you, as I suspect some are in better condition than others, but if Amazon's inspection process has improved, then I would think that the odds of getting a dud are less and less. Bottom line: If you want a laptop that's good and cheap, this is perfect for browsing, watching videos, writing. It's a tad slower than your higher end laptops, but oh well. It's fantastic, really.

I bought 4 of them for the grandkids for Christmas. Three of the four are still going strong and the fourth one got dropped one time to many and the screen broke. I would definitely buy these again.

Please do not buy a chrome book from them.. horrible condition, the screen does not turn on, scratches all over it. This is a scam i think these people are passing around the same damage chrome book nobody wants and keep returning. I pray amazon flagged them from selling this product. The chrome book should be a donation to goodwill instead of trying to sale it to anybody who would take it. The pawn shop would probably not take the reason they are scamming to sale it online to people when it should just go to goodwill for somebody 2yr old kid to play with it as a toy since it not even that functional at all i would not sale that book to dog its was horrible. No way anything on Amazon should be sold looking like that. I want my money back. Go donate blood if you looking for money instead of trying to bleed money out of people passing around the same damaged chrome book you know do not work and not functional at all.

This refurbished Dell Chromebook was purchased to replace a small Chromebook that just wore out after 11 years. I'd purchased a new Acer Chromebook which is fine but big... I wanted a small one for travel purposes. If there is a mark on this machine I cannot see it. Slightly dirty/dusty but easily cleaned in no time. It appears that all functions work as they should to include the external drive ports. The only thing that seems off is the sound which is very soft and hard to hear at the maximum setting. I will be looking into this to see if I can increase it. I would recommend a purchase from this vendor without hesitation. One caution... the machine was not power washed so previous owner name and email address appeared at start up. Easily erased to reset machine back to factory settings and all user info and local files removed. Once reset reconnecting to make it 'my own' took just a couple of minutes. At this price I am very pleased indeed.

This is the 2nd of this exact Chromebook [but this one a newer generation] that I have purchased. The first I use nearly everday and this one I purchased for my son. It does everything my 17.3" screen Acer Chromebook does ... these old eyes LOVES the bigger screeen. The preloaded software Google Docs & Google Sheets requires a little learning if you have ever used and are familiar with Mircosoft Word and Xcel. This little laptop is a great value for the money.

Works great and exactly as described. My son uses it all the time. Great battery life also.

I was in my last semester of college and my Apple MacBook that I had for YEARS finally broke, and Apple told me they were unable to fix it. I needed something just to last me my last semester (at least 4 months) that was inexpensive, but would be adequate enough to do all of my homework and college assignments on. If you’re looking for an inexpensive computer to do basic work on for a short amount of time, this is a wonderful option. The only negatives were 1. The computer was quite small 2. I ran into many problems connecting it to the internet. It allowed me to connect to my home internet and school internet, but wouldn’t let me connect to internet at Starbucks or at my boyfriends college when I went away. I tried to see if maybe there was a limit on the number of connections you could have, but that wasn’t the problem. It just was picky with the places it wanted to connect to. 3. The computer ran slow. It wasn’t so bad to the point where it was challenging to do work, but just enough that I was annoyed every now and then. Other than those few negatives, this computer was adequate for everything I needed in my last semester and I highly recommend if you are in a similar situation.

¡Un poco lento pero llega! Esta era una máquina anticuada con sólo 4 gigas de RAM, por lo que mis expectativas no eran altas. Funciona bien y no se congela continuamente como lo hacía mi máquina W11.

A pesar de que el equipo está en buenas condiciones, me llegó con un cargador que no es compatible con la chromebook a lo cual tube que comprarle el cargador aparte!
