Bogota' Pro Drystar Jacket

One of the best jackets I have ever owned.

The best all season jacket I’ve ever had, alpinestars makes an unbeatable jacket. I’ve been riding since the 70’s and riding gear just gets better and better.

The jacket was nice. I am 5’11” and weigh 180 and the large fit very nice. Not too tight or too loose. I was able to use the straps to snug it up around my waist and arms as needed. The outside layer showed it was a Drystar material and it was. It repelled water well. The zippers for the sleeve and chest vents weren’t waterproof. I was hoping for a waterproof shell instead of having to use a second layer to stay dry in rain. The jacket vented very well and it also had a nice snap in liner that worked well in cool weather.The only other thing besides the zippered vents that were not waterproof that I had issue with was the collar on the main jacket shell. It was slightly chaffing my neck. Could have been me but was not as comfortable as I like on my neck.This jacket has 3 layers, outside shell, inside thermal, and another Drystar waterproof layer that can be worn inside the outer shell or on the outside of the jacket. It is a good jacket for the price but I wanted a fully waterproof outer shell that also vented.I am also looking at a Leatt that doesn’t have as many vents but is waterproof and has a liner.

It's fabulous, super comfortable. Excellent for four seasons, especially for hot temperatures. It's the best.Es fabuloso, súper cómodo. Excelente para las cuatros estaciones en especial para temperaturas calurosas. Es el mejor.

For the price, you think it would come with much better armor built in. Very disappointed

Jacket was made very well and appeared to be of high quality. But I'm 6-5 220 and the xxl was just not the right fit for me.

Yet another quality product from Alpinestars. So far it's not been tested for it's water proof aspect, but Alpinestars I'm sure it's all good. It's definitely very comfortable and warm.
