I have had this tap for 2 years& 5 months. It was meant to be urgent(came next day& dirt cheap) as my real tap died, had no tap& leak. Needed a cheap rubbish 1 until chose a good 1Well that's not what happened. I fitted it myself (female) it was super heavenly simple, everything worked & perfect fit, connectors etc, I'm in UK(no idea why anyone says not for UK connections). It was super fast to do, unlike the more expensive tap that had rotted away to point, it was nearly impossible to remove. Took all day to get off, spanners ,hammers the lot. Normal tap connectors are just evil why can't they be like this? Screw on job done? & Note it's never un tightened or needed screwed back, despite my eldest force ability to break absolutely everything& slacken every other tap in house. The tap is high use as we are home& members of the family combined due to scheduled & illness are up nearly 24/7. So it's not used just once twice a day, busy home& busy used tap. Never had any problems, no leakage, nothing like that. Only limescale in the removable filter at front of tap as we are in really hard water area, unscrew and clean easy. The colour is beautiful it looks smart & it changes the kitchen to look more modern(the tiles seem narrow wider) compared to the tall bulky pull out had before The height is perfect the colour is perfect the fittings are the best ever invention. I do not want to change the tap& only reason considering is due to fact I can't get any spray swivel attachment to fit it at all. And just a tap without this makes it hard to reach all of sink and things I'm trying to rinse out. If I could solve this then heaven.. It's light enough to not bend or move on the metal sink... Don't understand the negatives, it's brilliant.

This is a very good tap for a very good price. It is easy to fit and works perfectly. It’s no frills but looks good for any standard sink. I was very impressed!

Not great, and now binned. Installed fine, everything fit fine and everything was good. Turned the water back on and noticed a drip from under the sink. Was from the bottom of the tap so took it back off, checked the pipes were tight and the o rings were OK, so plumbed it back up off the sink. Water was coming from inside the tap. Took the handle off and tightened the seal up in there. Still leaking. Took the tap apart again and seems like the leak is between the inlet hose and control valve, nothing I can get to. Kept it on for a couple of days while I ordered a new tap - then binned it.

A nice tap, easy to fit looks good. Purchased as a replacement for an old one that was not worth repairing, cheaper to replace, works as expected. I'm happy with it and if the need to replace should arise I would be happy to buy again.

Bought this thinking it would be a solid, simple upgrade for the kitchen. Stainless steel, 360° swivel, UK standard fittings – sounded like exactly what I needed. In reality, this tap has been a letdown from the start. Installation wasn’t as straightforward as it should have been. The so-called “UK standard fittings” didn’t line up properly and I had to buy extra adaptors just to get it working. That’s already more hassle than a basic kitchen tap should cause. Once installed, the lever feels flimsy and cheap. It’s not smooth at all – you have to apply a bit too much force to get the temperature right, and even then it’s not very accurate. It also wobbles a bit after only a few weeks of use, which is worrying. The swivel spout is stiff and creaks when you move it. It definitely doesn’t feel like a high arc or premium build. Water pressure is noticeably lower than with the previous tap, even though nothing else has changed in the system. Worst part? It started dripping within a month. Not a slow, occasional drip – a steady leak that leaves water marks on the sink. Not what you expect from a new tap. Looks decent from a distance but doesn’t hold up in daily use. I wouldn’t recommend this at all – spend a little more and get something from a known brand with better build quality.

Bought as a replacement tap for the kitchen sink, really cheap so not expecting to much and thought I would probably end up returning it so really surprised when it arrived. Quality ok actually really good for the price and everything fitted perfectly. An easy replacement very satisfied so far. Looks OK fairly modern stainless steel.

Don’t by any means think that you’re buying a solid brass, beautifully crafted tap. The only solid part of this tap is plastic - I think I’ve had heavier bags of crisps. However, what you do get is a cheap, nice looking and fully functional mixer tap. Once you’ve realised there’s no instructions and it’s down to yourself to work out the order the hoses need to go through the fittings, it’s a breeze to fit and actually a hell of a lot easier than the traditional u-type clamp and bolts.

Its good one, like neither its too good nor too bad. Its ok for short time
