Like it but does have a slight taste to it. Good for making your own mochi.

Glutinous flour is gluten free
It's gluten free, and is used to make DELICIOUS chocolate mochi. I'm sure it makes more stuff as well, but who cares - it is the main ingredient in chocolate mochi. (Ok, it is my favourite)
