It Sure Tastes Good
I notice on the packet that it says this is loaded with protein and collagen, and other good stuff. I don't really know whether or not that is enough to affect our health, but I do know this little packet, dissolved in a little hot water, is sure delicious. I prefer French Onion, and I add a little fresh lemon juice too. It is great for relaxing and sipping, and I have to discipline myself not to just do it all day. Good stuff.

Easy way to get protein in with a delicious flavor
I liked it so much I get a box every two weeks! I like in mornings I sometimes add ginger in it and if I feel a bit hungry at night I will drink a cup . It’s very tasty , good to get some extra protein and so easy to make .
