Very helpful
This cart really works to go up porch stairs to cart groceries into the house in fewer steps. Can also be used to move other items up those stairs. Not that big or heavy duty but it gets the job done. Folds up and stores in closet. Fewer trips back and forth and saves so much lifting. Rolls easily with front wheels to maneuver. Be sure to put front wheels straight when closing it up or won’t close. Love it.

Excellent cart especially for those who need the assistance.
I've only used this cart one time so far however it actually works perfectly for what I need it for. I'm somewhat disabled so getting around is always been a bit difficult and trying to carry a laundry basket in my hands while using my cane to get around has proved somewhat daunting. This card however solve that problem in a pinch! I bought the separate bag that goes with this card in with the two paired together I can put my dirty laundry or my clean laundry in it and all my detergents and fabric softeners in it as well and have it easily carried from place to place however I need it or whenever I need it. The cart folds up easily for storage although the triangle shapes wheel assembly does take up a bit of space nevertheless it's easy to work with and it hangs up really easily if you want to hang it from a wall or just leave it set assemble that open on the floor somewhere. I currently live in an RV so spaces at a premium having this thing fold up and be able to slide somewhere or hang up somewhere makes it really easy to work with. The bag itself that you can get separately has handles for it and has a expandable and sealable top section that can you can pull closed with the drawstring. It holds quite a bit of stuff inside of it. The carts can be used with or without the bag. Definitely worth the five stars!

Great Feature but with a drawback
This is a very good cart, but the wheel materials break down pretty quickly. The extra wheels work great for stairs, but the extra wheel in the back makes it hard to move on zigzagging paths and to make sharp turns.

These are made for stairs
I got this for groceries and to do laundry. It's sturdy and has enough room. The assembly was a little frustrating. First, I made a mistake in putting on the axial arms first before inserting the rod. The arm pieces have those push down buttons to release them. The button was hard pushing down into the piece. It seems smaller than other push down buttons. I broke a nail trying to get to release. Finally, I used a large headed nail to push all the way down. The front wheels were especially hard. You can't just push them on by hand. You need to attach them one at a time by pushing down on the cart to get them to snap. Once they are in it doesn't seem like they will come loose. I like the three wheels in the back for going down stairs.

Clear directions for assembly
I bought two of these and ruined both because the directions for assembly are very ambiguous. Directions for the back wheels are clear, but the directions for the rotating wheels are not clear. I looked at the pictures for assembly very carefully because I had ruined the first cart because it was not clear how to release the wheel lock. It does not instruct you to push down on the lock instead of pulling it out. Of course, I pulled it out and the lock on the wheel flew, and I was never able to find it. Also, I did step 3 before I did step 2 because the directions are not in a clear order. After I ruined the first cart, I vowed that I would look at the pictures very carefully. The second cart I bought, I made the mistake of putting on the axle elbows before I inserted the axle rod because the picture is very vague. I made this mistake because the pictures for the instructions seem to show the Axle elbows going on second instead of third. The axle elbows have a little button that locks them in place once they are inserted. Since I cannot remove the elbows, I cannot insert the revolving wheels. I have never had this problem with another product that required assembly. (Let me add that I have assembled many products.)I had a stair climber cart before, but it broke because the side rails broke. I loved the product so much, so I wanted to purchase another to replace it. Well, after two tries and failing, I am now going to carry my groceries in from my car the old fashioned way: with my hands! If you make a product that requires assembly, please make the instructions clear. I now threw away $160, and I refuse to order another stair climber cart! BEWARE of Chinese products with vague instructions. Obviously the writer's first language was Mandarin, and not English. I am a very upset customer. I have been purchasing from Amazon for years and have never had a complaint.

Struggle bus
This cart that is designed for taking items up stairs was nicely designed. I will say however that I had difficulty using this cart going upstairs with items in the cart. The wheels on my way up the stairs got wedged between the steps and I had difficulties pulling it out. I had to remove all items from the basket while on the steps and still try to not fall. The basket I wish was a little larger but it does the job for small amounts so you’ll need to take several trips if you have lots of groceries. The collapsing is a breeze and the Instructions were nicely written. I could see an elderly person have challenges with using this product. It doesn’t glide up the stairs with ease as I expected. I gave up and will be returning it more than likely. The cushion on the handle bar was a nice added touch for the pulling. Maybe someone else will have better luck than me. Over all great concept but maybe it would be better to use the one with only the two wheels in the back and two wheels in the front instead of this one that has three wheels in the back and two up front.

Great Little Helper
This cart is so useful in bringing groceries up the stairs to the kitchen. It is easy to use with the stairclimber wheels and does not damage the stairs. Just fold it up and tuck it away when not using.

Best Ever Shopping Cart
I would give this 10 stars if I could. Best designed shopping cart for those of us who don’t drive and need help getting to and from the supermarket. It is just the right size to take on the bus. Looks small, but really holds a lot. Best thing is that it goes up and down stairs like a dream. Rolls right over cracks in the street , uneven pavement, and glides over curbs. It is very lightweight but extremely sturdy and well designed. I especially like that I can push it frontwards and even when fully loaded it is really easy on my back.

Good n bad
Robust but wheel came off few times. Could be better in that with bigger rods for wheels to secure better using M12 with deeper groves. Due to three wheels to enable it to climb. Thus, is not so mobile as it is supposed
