incredible!
Absolutely fantastic! Bought this as we have big family camping trip coming up and wanted to avoid constantly boiling water. Took 3 kettles to fill it, and without pre warming flask, water stayed piping hot for 10 hours. Hot enough to make tea or coffee. After 20 hours and about 2 cup fulls left the water was still warm to touch, not hot to make a drink but even so I think that is pretty incredible! The pump action is smooth but takes a fair amount of strength to do...or its just that I am weak ha ha. There is a locking devise to stop the pump working when not in use. It comes with a warning that it will ( may) leak if not upright when in use ( travelling) etc. It is very heavy when full, but to be expected when there are 5 litres of water in it! The outer shell is nice s/steel and does not show any signs of warmth leaking through. Easy to use and easy on the eye. It arrived within the stated time and was very well packaged. I am extremely impressed. I am even considering gelling the smaller size for walking trips and trips out in the car. Well worth the money.

It's great if you use it correctly
I bought this to save money. With the rising cost of electricity, I worked out that it costs our family nearly a pound a day boiling the kettle, which equates to up to £31 per month on one electrical appliance. We are a busy family of four and needed to boil the kettle at all different times of the day, I worked out that we boiled the kettle at least 10 times per day. So, after reading reviews, I thought it was worth trying. The first day I used it, I boiled the kettle, which for us is 1.7L and transferred it to the airport. The water stayed hot enough for a cup of tea, but only for 3-4 hrs, so at first, I was disappointed. However, I soon discovered that if you fill it up, it stays hot for much, much longer. We bought the 5L version and at about 7. 30am I boil my 1.7L kettle twice and fill the appliance, I then found that it will stay hot enough for a cup of tea until early evening, I'd say about 8-9 hrs. So, the moral of the story here is make sure you fill it up as it will keep hotter for much longer. When it has dropped below the temperature I'd like it for a cup of tea, it is still fairly hot, so I just transfer it back into the kettle and re boil it, which is much quicker and more efficient than boiling a kettle from cold, so it undoubtedly saves money on energy. I'd say if you don't need much hot water, then buy the smaller 3L one, but the 5L is perfect for our family. I do wonder though if putting boiling water into ordinary Thermos flasks would do the same job just as efficiently, probably.

Great flask
This has been a blessing using it for a group of 20 people. I wish there was one that has a strainer for tea bags inside

Really good product
We ordered this to use for a Free meal at our village hall. It will be ideal to silver hot water for tea and coffee at the end of our Soup ‘n Pud meal 😀 it does take quite a lot of pressure to deliver the water but it works really well and stays really hot! Easy to clean and great storage capacity

Very useful
This holds enough hot water for my hobby group to make teas and coffees at tea break . Well worth it keeps the water hot enough for at least three hours , probably longer but we can’t survive more than that without a cuppa.

Lovely concept, but difficult to press down on
Lovely concept to have hot/cold beverages keeping their temperature for several hours, but unfortunately, the Airpot is difficult to press down on making it hard to dispense the beverages from it. Really was looking forward to gifting this to someone special to make life easier for them, but since it was difficult to use had to return. Would recommend to those who have the dexterity and strength to press down on to dispense the beverages.
