Does this fit in a Joe Jr? (Including the chicken!)

Yes. Even a large chicken has plenty of room. I use mine a lot and makes for a very tender moist chicken. Remember the Kamado has adjustable shelving so you will always have the room even for the largest chicken. Enjoy!
