can sign holder fit on traffic cone?

Yes it fits well on traffic cones, however I did put a small sheet metal screw into the cone and one into the PVC sign I made in case it tipped over.

How thick of a sign will adapter handle? Can someone from the company answer this?

We used a laminated sheet of medium weight card stock

How thick is the gap for inserting signs on the Pacific Mountain cone sign holder? I actually have signs that are already made.

No dimensions are given only: The "Slot" for holding signs is tapered so that signs of various thickness will fit snuggly.

How many come in the order?
