I'm excited about building my first Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 home theater server. I'm using this model because it's a more powerful and versatile single-board computer than the Pi 4. It is based on the same quad-core ARM Cortex-A72 processor but has additional features and interfaces designed for professional use. This unit comes with a robust heat sink and fan. The Compute Module 4 also features a range of advanced connectivity options, including Gigabit Ethernet, PCIe, USB 3.0, and dual-display support, which make it suitable for a wide range of applications, including digital signage, industrial automation, and edge computing. One of my favorite advantages of the Compute Module 4 is its speed and compatibility with a wide range of Raspberry Pi accessories, including cases and power supplies. Overall, the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 is a powerful and flexible single-board computer well-suited for industrial and commercial applications.

Took a while to ship, but was quick once it did. Otherwise product arrived in good shape & it was the specific board/model described. I took a while to test the board & eMMC itself before reviewing, & so far so good; everything seems to be working perfectly fine. Came with a few little extras for mounting the fan & whatnot as well.

Works great! A powerful Raspberry Pi mini-computer that has all kinds of uses. Note that it's not a stand-alone machine. I also had to order a $35 IO board to install it on, which will expose all the interfaces on the module so you can actually plug things in (power, HDMI, USB, ethernet, etc.) Was pretty easy to install and get it up and running. I won't go into all the things you can do with this, but just a quick search for projects people have made will give you plenty of guides on how you could use one of these to make something fun. Also, at time of writing this review it's being sold for a high price due to low supply. I'm not setting my rating based on that, but it should be taken into consideration.

There is not much I can say, I got this for my husband to build with and it works exactly as expected. I havent gotten a photo yet but when I do I will upload here. So far no issues. I will update my review if something changes.

This is a top-end Raspberry Pi CM4 CM4108032 (8GB RAM, 32GB eMMC) (price $95) and a ZP-0112 Aluminum Heat Sink with Fan ($11). It is easy to install the ZP-0112 on the CM4 and get a powerful tiny single board computer. The CM4 needs a heatsink and the ZP-0112 is a great option. These devices are great and warrant 5 stars. There is currently a worldwide shortage of Raspberry Pi computers, resulting in a huge pent-up demand. Authorized Raspberry Pi sellers continue to slowly get stock and sell the units at list price. However, this seller is not an authorized Raspberry Pi seller and is therefore charging nearly over 2x the retail price for this item. This is why I gave this 1 star. The only reason to buy this CM4 package at this price is if you are desperate and need one right now.
