DAMAGED
Was quite satisfied with my purchase on the whole, was very disappointing that when I opened the parcel one of the side plates was badly damaged, sadly I won't purchase from this company again

Smashing Success
It is a wonderful set and an incredibly helpful seller. One of my plates arrived broken in the box and they made sure I was taken care of and got replacements despite my delivery drivers breaking them repeatedly. The set is quite pretty and light weight over all. For the value you can't really beat it.

Nice pattern
Not fine china but they're great for every day use. I love the bowl shape its deep and the rim is extended for low spills. Great for soup salad and cereal

No customer service
Good set until I broke two dinner plates. To replace them it seems that i have to buy another full set. No way I only needed four.

Cheap dinner set
Cheap with parts of glaze and pattern missing. Slow communication to return item through seller.
