This form of B12 and Folate is altered so that people with genetic disorders can actually absorb it!! So the fact that it isn’t ‘all natural’ is a GOOD THING. Also, it’s one of the few that isn’t flavored with something I’m allergic to. It has a slightly sweet taste. I don’t like having to hold it on my tounge, but you could feel the tingle of absorption within seconds! I felt good results the first day, my muscle twitches were decreased and I had a couple extra hours of energy. Hope it builds from there!

Excellent product. I was looking for a quality B-12 plus folate supplement. With the recommended dosing, it has made my body feel great. Very tasty with no after taste. Great price point and I highly recommend.

I really like it actually. Taste is super mild and I’m very sick, I’m pregnant so I have a hard time stomaching most things but this is good.

Can't tell anything about benefits, as I just started. I have recurrent SIBo, food sensitivities (I don't avoid but eat very little of animal protein - meats, bird, fish, dairy, eggs, etc), + my gut poorly absorbs vitamins and minerals. I have bounds of absolutely no physical energy, otherwise I am healthy and I do have a physical job which usually I do perfectly fine with. Generally I am low in iron for this reason, and borderline in vitamin B12, and it helps to take Floradix liquid form for a month twice a year (my numbers go from 15-30 to about 90). Since it doesn't contain folic acid, I take sublingual tablets that can be a little bit annoying to dissolve. Decided to give it a go with liquid, I take this sublingual, keep it for 1 minute in my mouth before swallowing (empty stomach, sometime around 11am as I am taking other supplements in the morning with breakfast). I noticed no added taste, it has bright red color and tastes somehow sweet on your buds but not sugar sweet. Then I take Floradix with small amount of water with lemon (usually suggested in small amount of orange juice to help absorption). I will write an update on whether I see results.

This is definitely not unflavored as description and packaging says... Has a horrible taste that lingers. EDIT: Top notch customer service, the company reached out and offered an agreeable solution. I have never had a company do this after leaving a 1 star review.
