Prompt delivery
Ordered 3 football tops and shorts for grandsons Christmas. Delivery date quoted suggested goods may not arrive prior to Xmas but a fee of $87 would guarantee delivery before Christmas. I wasn't prepared to pay that much and felt it was excessive. Goods still arrived well before Christmas and were of good quality and true to size. I would gave given 5/5 rating but the excessive guarantee delivery charge because it was for Christmas annoyed me when a huge company like Amazon know most families are having a hard time with cost of living increases as it is. How can over $80 be justified and look at the profits of people do opt to pay it. Next time I'll be sure to place any orders in Oct/Nov for Christmas.
