Absolutely Impressive!
While I cannot comment on LONG-TERM durability, I used this tent during a recent, 1st ever SOLO backpacking trip (5 days / 4 nights), and this tent met, and in most cases exceeded, ALL of my requirements: 1. EASE of assembly 2. Lightweight (preferably under 2.5 lbs or under); I think they said it's 2.1 lbs... and I did not even have need to bring the stakes! 3. Non-bulky / doesn't take up a lot of room 4. Affordability 5. Durability (NOTE: I have reasonable expectations and am not expecting this tent to outlive some of the super pricy models... but on the flipside - UNLIKE the cheap backpack (from a DIFFERENT company) that I'd purchased on amazon that broke apart while just doing a dry run in loading it) - obviously, even cheap gear should be durable enough that it lasts a few trips and doesn't easily break apart like that) Despite having rocky ground (and some sharp vegetation!) here in the Southwest USA, the tent sustained ZERO rips or snags = HUGE / critical! Its weight is lighter than most... but equally important is that it does NOT take up much space - and it definitely did not! NOTE: the slight trade off here is that it was slightly difficult to stuff in its case... but I'd MUCH rather spend a few extra minutes getting in the tiny case that then easily hooks to my backpack in such a way that it DOES NOT cause me to get "close-lined" on vegetation. The tent did cause any "close-lining"... unlike my dang sleeping pad (from a different company)! In terms of ease of assembly: during my DRY RUN, I did have a bit of difficulty with ONE step in the assembly process, but ZERO issues out in the wilderness. Specifically, that was the part where you go to bend the poles in the holders in the corners, after having pushed them through the loops on the tent fabric. I attribute this to having done my dry run on my slick hardwood floor! Out in nature, the ground / earth offers the resistance needed that this step is quick and easy. Just something to keep in mind if you do a dry run on a similar surface. The price is unbeatable for all of the features I'm looking for / that it offers! Most of the negative comments I read seem to come from less than perfect waterproofness. I cannot comment on this personally as the weather was bone dry during my trip and it is VERY, VERY RARE for me to encounter wet weather than I was NOT planning on. Wind, however, is something that can come out of nowhere, but I did not encounter hard wind and cannot comment there. On the final night, there were some gentle gusts for a few hours (and a very occasional moderate gust) and that was it........ tent held up just fine during that... and WITHOUT me having used any of the stakes or guy lines (my partner who taught me the ropes typically doesn't bother with that; and instead we use our gear OR if windy, put a large rock in each corner on the inside (and on this trip, I never even had to put rocks in the corners either). And at times, I'd be off with my daypack hiking mountains, the longest of which was like a 9-10 hr hike = obviously a good part of my gear (which = weight that was in the tent during the night) was with me in my daypack! When I returned 9-10 hrs later, the tent was still standing perfectly, being weighted down with only my backpack on the inside and not much else other than 2 lbs worth of extra shoes.

Decent little tent
I have used this tent 7 times this summer and it is holding up pretty good, especially for the price. One of the poles cracked on camping trip 3 just from regular use at the top of the tent-mended with duct tape and it is still holding up. One night it rained quite hard and the only water that came into the tent was at the zipper area. It is a pretty sturdy little tent overall, nice room for a solo camper.

No Complaints — Worked Great
Easy to set up and held up great during some light rain — everything inside stayed dry. Take down was quick and simple, and it fit back into the storage bag without a struggle. We used a queen air mattress, which took up most of the space, but that worked perfectly for us since we only needed it for sleeping. I’d recommend this tent for one or two people, especially for short camping trips or festivals.

it’s great!
here’s an honest review. i needed something easy and cheap so i picked this out without even reading the reviews. if you did the same, rest assured this is a great tent for $25. i went camping in east tennessee recently and the first night, there was a bad storm and flood at the campground. my tent held pretty well and only got a leak bc we had a cord hanging out of the zipper. if it had be zipped all up, no leaks. and my friends tent that cost her upwards of a hundred or more collapsed on her in this powerful storm. we continued to use it for three more nights and it worked great. roomy, no tears no rips. did great for a cheap tent! the zipper is just a little fragile so just be careful zipping and unzipping. but you’re buying a super cheap tent so what do you expect? top notch quality from a $200+ tent?? it didn’t even give issues with zipping but i can tell from the materials to be careful. idk what everyone else is complaining about. anyways, great tent and very affordable. 10/10 would buy again if i needed too.

Trash. Pole cord snapped at 1st set-up.
I bought this tent for a camping trip and used it within 48 hours of receiving it, so this was literally the very first setup straight out of the package. While simply sliding one of the poles through the tent sleeve, the internal elastic cord inside the pole suddenly snapped. I was not pulling hard, forcing it, or bending it aggressively. What’s strange is the cord didn’t even snap at an exposed joint where stress normally happens, it snapped in the inside middle of the pole section itself. The pole immediately fell apart, making the tent unusable before I could even finish setting it up. A brand-new tent should absolutely survive basic assembly. I’m assuming this cord was damaged, frayed, or weak from manufacture, because there’s no explanation why it would have snapped in the inside of a metal pole. Extremely disappointing quality.

Not waterproof/Poles flimsy
Bought the tent for my grandson to camp with the Boy Scouts, so he uses it often. The poles break easily. I had to buy replacement poles. It is not waterproof. I had to use Scotch Guard for waterproofing. The bag zipper broke on the first use. Bought a bigger bag and works great. The tent sets up easily and folds up with no problem. Zippers on tent itself work great and hold up.

Not waterproof
Do not buy this tent! Claims it is water proof but it is not. We got completely soaked. Hadn’t used it until this month and I am outside the return window so can’t get a refund. Very frustrating
