Large Shoulder Pad

I currently own a Fuptos Cold Therapy Machine I purchased from Amazon some time ago at a very reasonable price. The machine worked great with the included knee therapy pad. With impending shoulder surgery, I needed an accessory pad designed specifically for shoulders. I was fortunate to find this unit by NEHOO. The unit came with a variety of connectors and I was able to successfully connect the pad to my Fuptos unit. It worked great. For the price, this unit is outstanding. There are even You Tube videos on its use. The pad also comes with a variety of self-adhering straps (like ACE wraps) that hold the pad in place.

This product far exceeded my expectations. The quality and durability of this pad is fantastic. I have not had any issues while using it. Having the various connecters made it easy to adapt to the new pad for my system. Thank you for such this cold this pad. Jeri Hartman-Chval

This replacement pad is compatible with the Breg Polar Cube icing system. But note swapping out the connectors is very challenging, essentially taking two men and boy to pull the original connectors out of the tubing for the new pad which are plastic plugs that are fitted inside clear plastic tubing. Once those are removed, inserting the provided Breg compatible connectors was easily done and worked fine with the Breg system.

Purchased an Ossur Cold Rush therapy system. Poorly engineered cold cuff began leaking within a day. Ordered a replacement Ossur cuff and same thing happened. Began leaking within a couple of days. Stuck with that system (and having paid over $200 for it) I found this product: "Cold Therapy Pad for Ice Therapy Machine Continuous Cryotherapy" by NEHOO. It is way better quality, better designed, and way cheaper than Ossur's cuffs. It fits the Ossur Cold Rush therapy machines perfectly. The elastic bands that hold the cuff to your leg (or other appendage) are also much better quality and work very well. This is just a better product, that is better designed, and uses higher quality materials than the Ossur products. I would avoid Ossur at ALL COSTS as they are sure to breakdown within days and disappoint you at a critical time in your recovery process. I have rated this 4 stars as I am not sure of its durability yet. However, it seems to be holding up much better than the Ossur product and is definately better designed. I will strive to update this review over time to let you know how well the product is holding up. In the meantime, if you haven't purchased the entire system yet, avoid Ossur and take a look at Polar Products Kodiak cold cuff system here on Amazon. These are the systems my orthapedic surgeon recommended working with hundreds of patients. Good luck and God's speed for a quick recovery.

This is a life saver! Just had knee surgery and needed to replace this pad on my machine and it fits perfectly and does an amazing job! Highly recommend and does not cost and arm and a leg!🤣

The pad works very well with my cold therapy system. I was unsure on how to place the pad on the ankle, as there were no instructions included with the pad I received. I emailed Waterlong and very quickly received an email back with instructions and a video link. Customer service is real at Waterlong!

I was so excited to see that the connectors fit with my Colexi Cold therapy Machine. It’s a great quality product with no leaks. 🙌

Right shape for knee but small for a big person. Also doesn’t fit the new Nehoo machine fittings. Will work great when the company sends the updated attachment fittings-see photo. I bought this 8/25/2025 because it’s a much better design than the one which comes with the Nehoo ice machine (which is excellent). I emailed them-no phone number on the instructions-they responded quickly and. Said the one I got was the old attachment plugs-I don’t know why they would still be selling them if they are outdated except to clear their inventory. Not nice. But at least they were very polite and say they are sending the new fittings and photos of how to change them. Update-fittings arrived, no instructions on how to change but not hard with a pair of pliers. I know this is the right fitting for knees from prior experience, and I reckon it’d work for the shoulder as well. As you can see, we use a cart to hold the machine up high so the motor isn’t strained. It also makes it easy for me to program it from bed and my wife can wheel it to the kitchen to refill it. We use frozen water blocks we freeze in Tupperware, as well as ice and water. The only complaint for the machine is that the lid is difficult to put on when ice slips into the area where the “straw” which draws the water into the tube and is attached to the lid fits into the machine.

Excelente, solo que vino incompleto, faltó la cinta que da la vuelta y pude sustituirla con la que venía con el pad genérico de Iceman clear.

Very well made. Far superior to the original pad that came with our Cold Therapy unit which lealed after the first year.

This will fit on a Danjoy ice machine. The orthopedic store in my area wants $150. So 37.50 is a deal. I've been using it on my knee for the last 3 weeks without any issues.
