I forgot my password. Is there any way to reset it?

If it's unlocked you can reset it the normal way. If it's locked, you might just have to take some time to try to hack it. It's only 3 digits, after all, so it wouldn't take too long to try every sequence of numbers possible. If you just want to get inside and don't care if you can lock it again later, I'm sure it'd be easy to cut the strap.

You say this journal is 5.43in by 7.88in. Then why do you say that A5 paper fits it when (@ 5.83in by 8.27in) it would be too big to fit?

I can't answer the question about why the description is wrong, but I can confirm that the notebook cover is way too small to hold an A5-size notebook. The notebook inside this cover is more like 5" x 7.75".

How can I reset the forgotten lock password?

As far as I know, you can’t. I forgot my password and spun each number until I found it. Then once I found the password, you push and hold the release button to the right and can reset it that way.
