Good, as described. Have it for few weeks already, works well, good compact size, easy to use and sturdy. It's a bit noisy, but good grind speed , so not bad. Around 5 mins to grind a 500gr pack of coffee

I’ve been using this grinder daily for about a month now and wanted to share my real experience to help others decide if it’s worth it. 👉 What I like most ☕ Fresh coffee flavour: Grinding your own beans makes a huge difference vs pre-ground — the aroma and taste are much better, especially for filter coffee and moka pot brews. ⚙️ Lots of grind options: The 17 grind settings let you go from fairly fine to quite coarse, so you can tailor it for filter, French press or drip styles. The selector dial is easy to use. 📏 Easy cup quantity control: You can set it for anywhere from about 2 up to 14 cups of coffee — super handy if you’re making multiple servings in one go. Costco 🛠️ Simple to clean: The removable burr/disc and containers make clean-up much easier than many older blade grinders I’ve tried. 🎨 Looks good on the counter: The black and red design actually adds a bit of character to my kitchen without looking cheap. 👉 What to keep in mind 🔄 Not the most consistent grind for espresso: If you’re trying to dial in super-fine espresso extractions, this won’t match higher-end conical burr grinders — very fine settings can be a bit uneven. Still great for filter and French press. 🌀 Static can stick grounds: A little static makes tiny bits cling to the container — a quick tap or a better brush helps. Many users suggest upgrading the brush beyond the tiny tool provided. 🧹 Regular cleaning helps: To keep the grind quality consistent, I wipe it down after a few uses — the removable parts make that easy. ✅ Bottom line: For the price, this is an excellent entry-level burr grinder that produces a noticeably fresher cup of coffee than pre-ground beans or cheap blade grinders. It’s versatile and easy to use, especially for filter coffee, French press, and drip brewing — a solid choice if you want quality without spending hundreds. ☕💯

Having come from a 25yr old blade grinder the difference is night and day. I use this for my daily french press pot of coffee and it definitely tastes much better done with a grinder. Setting the coarseness is done by a dial on the side which is clearly labeled (I use 15 for french press) and the dial on the front sets how much coffee you want to grind. For my personal taste I set it just 5 for a 1tr french press - this is purely personal taste I suspect most would use 6. Filling it up with beans is straightforward and the grind tray is easy to remove and clean. The only thing I'd point out is it comes with a little cleaning brush which you will need. The little chute where the ground coffee exits to the container does tend get a little clogged (not blocked) with coffee which the little brush is used to clean this part. Probably should be done each grind but I'm a bit lazy so do it every 2 or 3 days.

Bought this because I occasionally bought beans by accident, and the third time, decided to get a grinder. Have never looked back -- this has been great for my cafetiere. Fresh coffee every time, very easy to use, and easy to clean (but why bother, I stopped after the first month).

Great little coffee grinder, very sturdy and solid does everything it should. Good range of grinding levels and good selection of coffee quantities. This grinder is top quality and was recommended by a friend and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Simple grinder. I find it works well for our filter machine taste on grind 11 but it’s not a consistent grind the last part always comes out finer. As I said, our coffee tastes perfect, regardless of this. I have a stronger and slightly larger brush from a previous machine to clear the grinder of its last bits that don’t fall in to the collect container. The one supplied creates the coffee to sprinkle too much. I wish it was a container that held the filter paper so that you could cut out the faff of empty the container into the paper after the grind.

Overall I found this coffee grinder to be good value for money that will grind coffee well for most uses. However ultimately after a couple of months usage it became obvious that the grind is not fine enough for an espresso machine. If this is the reason you wish to buy a grinder, you may be best to consider alternatives. Cleaning is not the easiest as coffee gets really stuck inside parts which are tough to get the brush provided inside.

Diese Mühle ist angenehm klein, sieht gut aus und was ich sehr wichtig finde: das Rädchen für die Einstellung des Mahlgrads ist nummeriert, so daß man bei unterschiedlichen Zubereitungsarten leicht die richtige Einstellung wiederfindet. Die Mühle ist relativ laut, das sind andere Mühlen - auch teurere - aber ebenso. Die elektrostatische Aufladung ist vorhanden, sie stört mich nicht weiter, ein wenig am Behälter klopfen hilft schon. Es liegt auch ein Pinsel bei und zwischendurch kann man den Behälter ruhig einmal abwaschen. Ich nutze die Mühle für Filterkaffee und French Press und bin mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden, aber für die Zubereitung von Espresso sollte sie bei Verwendung des Mahlgrades 1 ebenfalls geeignet sein, das Kaffeemehl scheint mir dann mindestens so fein zu sein, wie bei bereits fertig gemahlenem Espresso aus dem Geschäft. Und zu fein gemahlen schmeckt auch ein Espresso nicht mehr, weil er dann zu bitter wird. Insgesamt sollte man bedenken, daß es sich hier um eine Mühle für rund 40 Euro handelt, ein Vergleich mit teuren Espressomühlen (z.B. einer Mazza für rund 700,-) wäre unfair. Ich kann diese Mühle ganz klar weiterempfehlen und finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut!

The end product in terms of coffee grinds is really good. However the issue with this grinder is the constant expulsion of fine grounds coming out of the container during its operation. So that definitely drops a star for us which is a shame for such a good product.
