how often to change out these filters?

i use mine at nightj. In the morning it remove the filter and hang it up to dry out. Then I drain all the water from the humidifier. Takes about 30 seconds. By drying out the filter I am able to use it for several months. so remove the filter daily and let it dry out.

Does this come with one or 2 filters? Some people complained that they only got one filter.

Our filters are two packaged together. If you only receive one that may be lost in the middle of the package, this is only a rare occurrence. If you find only one filter, please contact us and we will reissue you.
