Item works well but changing from full to low profile bracket has odd screw head
This item works well in the SFF computer it is fitted to. I had to change over from the full height bracket to the low profile bracket (supplied in the box). The 2 screws holding on the bracket are an unusual head and do not fit a Philips or torx, etc. A small “screwdriver” is supplied but it has a very narrow handle and if a screw was stuck/tight, you would have a problem changing the bracket.

Compatible with Truenas
The card works out of the box with Truenas 13.x. It autodetects fine and I'm getting speeds up to 2.5Gbps. The only issue with this card is the low profile bracket. I found that its not a great fit and sits slightly proud of where you screw it into the case. I packed this out with a bit of plastic and all is well now.

As mentioned, this is an I225 controller, which are known to have issues. I wanted this item to get the maximum download speeds from my 2gb internet connection, which it delivered. However I would not use this for online gaming as you can get connectivity problems (do a Google search for I225 problems).

This card barely works
Don't buy this. I had severe connectivity issues with it (turns out its common for early intel i225 chips) until i broke the warranty and did a manual firmware update on it. It took me an hour to find one that would work. then it took me another hour to get it to flash (which if that goes wrong will brick your card). Just get an intel i226 chip instead, they work out of the box. this card in it's as delivered state is nothing short of faulty.

Estable y buena latencia
Funciona bastante bien. He tenido algunas experiencias un poco extrañas la primera semana de uso (no estoy seguro si era problema del dispositivo o de Windows 10) pero luego funciona sin problemas por meses. Usandolo con apps como Moonlight que son muy sensibles a malos algoritmos de red no noto problemas: ideal para gaming. Lo único que puedo destacar como no ideal es que Windows 10 no tiene drivers nativos: hay que correr Windows Update para que instale automáticamente los drivers correctos.

Excellente carte réseau PCIe pour ESXi et réseaux 2.5Gbps
Cette carte réseau PCIe 3.1 avec le contrôleur Intel I225-V est tout simplement parfaite pour une utilisation sur des réseaux 2.5Gbps, et elle s'est avérée parfaitement compatible avec VMware ESXi. Points forts : Compatibilité avec les réseaux 2.5Gbps : La carte gère sans problème les débits de 2.5Gbps, 1Gbps et 100Mbps, ce qui en fait un choix polyvalent pour une infrastructure réseau mixte. J'ai testé des transferts de fichiers importants sur mon réseau domestique, et les performances en 2.5Gbps sont excellentes et stables. Fonctionnement impeccable sous ESXi : La carte est reconnue immédiatement par ESXi sans avoir à chercher des pilotes additionnels, ce qui est un vrai gain de temps pour une configuration virtualisée. Câble Cat8 inclus : Le câble Ethernet de 0,9 m fourni est de très bonne qualité et garantit des connexions fiables, même sur des réseaux haut débit. C'est un petit détail, mais appréciable pour un produit à ce prix. Installation facile : L'installation dans un slot PCIe 3.1 est rapide, et le support à profil bas inclus permet une adaptation parfaite pour les boîtiers plus compacts. En résumé, cette carte est une solution idéale pour tous ceux qui recherchent une connexion réseau 2.5Gbps fiable et efficace, que ce soit pour des serveurs virtualisés sous ESXi ou des PC sous Windows 10/11. La combinaison de la compatibilité, des performances et du câble Ethernet inclus en fait un produit au rapport qualité/prix imbattable.

Worked perfectly in my setup.
I bought this item for diagnostic purposes with issues on my PC. The installation of the part and drivers was super simple. Speeds were as described, and was actually an upgrade compared to the network card on my motherboard.
