Really good i feel so energetic when i use it

These work so well! I’ve been using for 4 months now and just got my 5th order. They stick well to the skin and I live in Florida where it’s hot and humid so all the people complaining about it not sticking must have hairy arms or something. I shave my arms so no hair and they stick all day long and don’t peel up at all. I have tons of energy and I’m looking more youthful! I wear several of this brands patches because I have an oral absorption issue with vitamins. These are great! Highly recommend all of their patches, by bloodwork has been the best it has ever been since I switched to patches and I’m actually getting all of my vitamins now! Great product and great brand!

I love these patches. I’m going on my third month using them consistently. I’ve lost about 15 pounds, have increased energy and focus and I believe I am looking more youth-full. They stick well to me as long as I put them on my hip where they won’t rub against my clothes. I highly recommend.

I was absolutely AMAZED at how much energy and concentration this gave me! However, it has also been causing me INSOMNIA that not even melatonin has been able to help!! Also it makes me bloated….100% of the day, and simethicone isn’t helping! (That’s my go to for bloating, ALWAYS helps!) Giving four stars because it really does work and the energy boost is literally THAT amazing. Thank you for showing me what NAD+ can do! I’m glad to know that it’s the supplement that I really need, but unfortunately I’ll need to try a spray or pills now to see if those prevent the insomnia :/

However, I’m unsure if this improvement is directly related to the patches or if it’s just a coincidence. It’s hard to say definitively at this point. The patches are easy to apply and wear throughout the day, which is a plus. However, I was hoping for more noticeable results by now. I plan to continue using them for a bit longer to see if my experience improves, but as of now, I’m still on the fence about their effectiveness. Overall, I think the XLPATCH NAD Plus has potential, but I would recommend approaching it with realistic expectations and giving it some time to see how it fits into your routine.
