Great Value and Functionality
Thoughts after having for a couple days. Did extensive research looking for a good smart toilet under ~$1,200. Auto-open/close - Works great with the tap of a foot or walking up to it Bidet - Solid water pressure and 4 temp options Warm Seat - Instantly warm as soon as you sit down and has 4 different temp options Deodorizer - Seems to do a solid job Air Dryer - Has a little bit of a funky smell but that might just be because it's new Flush - Strong flush for a toilet Nightlight - Works well and nice feature Can't speak to its durability over time but definitely recommend. Great smart toilet for under $1k.

Great product and great customer service!
We purchased two of EPLO DP7 smart toilets when we renovated our two bathrooms 2 years ago and have been enjoying all of the great features, especially the heated seat and built in bidet. A month ago we started hearing a rumbling sound when the bidet was in use, so we reached out to customer support and Lee was prompt in responding to our inquiry and helping us troubleshoot the issue via a video chat. When the issue couldn't be resolved on the initial call, he realized what the root cause was and that it required a replacement part. He requested replacement part to be shipped to our house and it was received timely. He also provided an easy to follow Youtube video on how to replace the part. After replacing the part our toilet is as good as new.

BEST customer service ever!
Great bidet, quiet function, quality materials. But, the best feature is this company’s customer service! I have had the toilet for just about a year and have had to contact customer service twice for functionality issues (one caused by a toddler playing with the lid and another by a faulty connection by the plumber - no fault with the actual product). Lee, with customer service contacted me within a few hours, we connected by video call, and the problems were quickly solved. I highly recommend this company for quality of product and especially for unusually prompt and friendly support!

Love it! A few quirks but read on.
I have had the toilet a month or so am so far am quite happy with it! Heated set, front and backend wash with adjustable pressure and temp, dryer fan, auto seat up(sometimes a little fussy with not opening when i am right in frint of it but there is a kick button if a wave of the hand over the sensor doesn't work. I checked with customer service and he was very quick to respond. His name was Lee and he was super! Apparently they had to turn the sensitivity down so it doesn't open everytime you walk by a distance away. All in all I think it's OK. I hung the remote because where the open lid and seat buttons are(on top) if you pick up the remote normally one or both buttons are pushed so it's best to grab each end of the remote The install took a longtime plumber a few hours. They had to put a new water shutoff valve on because the valve was in a place where a standard shut off valve didn't work. The toilet sits close to the wall. They used the wax ring, not the funnel type application. The toilet is over 100lbs and there was only room for 1 guy in my bathroom so he struggled a bit. I had to help with lining up the 2 plastic tabs under the toilet. They charged me $600 which I thought was high but they came right away and I was happy to get it done. I am in a 1 level on slab so getting electric there in the wall was tricky. Luckily I know an electrician. The toilet flushes well and isn't too noisy. It is supposed to have an odor fan built in but I would say that does not work too well! Wish it did. For the $1600 ($800 toilet, $600 plumber, $200 electric I think it's worth it. Save on toilet paper and have a cleaner bottom 😁 And i can absolutely say Lee with customer service was superb!

Great toilet for the price. The overall quality of the toilet is a 10.
We installed this toilet during a remodel and I don't have one negative thing to say... The toilet has been installed and in-use for 4 months and we have had zero issues. The packaging was exceptional and the overall appearance of the toilet is luxurious. The install was done by a contractor and they had no issues getting the toilet installed. At night, the automatic lid opening and lighted bowl are great features. The flush is more powerful than the standard type toilet it replaced. If we don't have any electrical control issues over the next 8-10 months, we plan on replacing all of the toilets in the house with the exact same unit. Very pleased with the type and brand we purchased.

Should have got the one with the foot sensor.
My whole family wants to use this toilet now. It looks great and once I figured out how to keep the lines from kinking install was easy except it is VERY heavy. In retrospect i wish I had gotten one with a foot sensor instead of having to kick the button every time I want to lift the seat. Pro tip, your old toilet has the old paint behind it so when you replace the toilet be prepared to paint the wall behind it before you install.

Absolutely AMAZING
I ordered two of the EPLO DP7 Smart toilets for my parents new retirement home. Both of my parents are in their late 70’s. Parents are 1000% in love with their new “Space age toilets” Toilets were easy to install, the functions are amazing & easy to use for both elderly and the very young. Grand children ages 5 & 8 no longer want to use a regular potty and ask “can we go to grandmas to go to the bathroom please our toilets are gross” That being said I will be ordering 4 more for home. Don’t hesitate, if your looking for an upgrade, or for new construction, buy these!

Read This Before You Buy!
This toilet is replacing a 10 year old Kohler Numi which has been a defective design from day one. Nothing but problems. The reason it's gone is that the toilet seat heater recently failed and Kohler wants $4500 for a replacement heater. So, after reading all the reviews I decided on the DP7 from Eplo. It does nearly everything that the $8000 Kohler does except for the ambient lighting and music. This is not a loss. The toilet opens, closes and flushes very well. I have 70psi water pressure so the flush is powerful. The Pro model has a built in pump, but you won't need that model if you have good water pressure. The bidet features are perfect as well. Now for the important stuff, particuarily if you're doing your own installation. I'm a one man show, nearly 80 and did the install successfully. Here are some very important tips. WATER SUPPLY - The toilet is nearly 15" wide at the rear so your water supply line needs to be more than 8" from the centerline of the toilet. 8" wasn't enough for me so I had to rerout the water line which meant removing ceramic tile, sheetrock and then soldering in new copper plumbing. This part of the project made me wish I had installed a conventional toilet with a bidet seat. Also the toilet will be right up against the wall with a 12" rough-in for the sewer line. I moved the toilet around for test fitting by sliding it on a throw rug. FINAL INSTALLATION - When the plumbing was done I dragged the toilet into the half bath and made two "stands" out of 2 x 4's. One in the back and one in the front. I installed the wax ring and dropped the front down and then the rear. What's nice about the stands is that you can look under the toilet and see if everything is lined up. To me, this is the only way to do this as a single person installer. I also removed the "sensor" and "instruction stickers" from the seat and cover. A hair dryer to warm up the sticers and they pull right off. I don't know why anyone thought instructions on the lid was a good idea since you'd need to get on your knees to read them. Anyway, the project took nearly a day partly because of the rerouting of the water line, the sheetrock and tile removal and reinstallation. I also hard wired the electric as I had done with the Kohler and yes, as one reviewer noted, the power cord is too short. Keep all this stuff in mind in the installation, but also know there aren't any disappointents in the functioning of the toilet.
