Delicious.
This is an excellent store cupboard staple and enables you to knock up a delicious curry in no time at all. Better than anything you'd get from a take away, much tastier and cheaper by a mile.

Delicious balanced taste
This paste can be hard to find in my supermarket so I buy it in bulk off amazon. It makes a delicious well balanced Thai curry. I do add fresh ginger and garlic as well as a dash of fish sauce, lime juice and brown sugar to create a fresh Thai taste.Buy this and split it down into smaller amounts and freeze for future use.
