I wear glasses. I am a greenkeeper. These two don't go well together. You get sprayed a lot: sawdust, paint, wormcasts, mud, wet grass, bugs, you name it. Having to drive mowers through adverse conditions, strimming, low limbing, painting, they all have an impact on my glasses. Sure, health&safety at work means you are provided with a face shield. But that poses a number of issues: they're uncomfortable, they make wearing ear protectors unbearable, they steam up, they scratch easily, they are not that great. But I recently had to change my glasses, one of the reasons being they were so scratched I couldn't actually see clearly. So I tried my luck on Amazon and found this product. For the price I paid, I am very impressed and satisfied. These safety glasses are very well built, the plastic is durable and doesn't seem to scratch that easily. They also act as having an oleophobic coating on the lens - water droplets or sawdust particles don't stick to them. They have a bit of weight to them, not uncomfortable. The weight actually makes them feel more sturdy, more rugged. They sit well on the nose, even if a bit too forward, but that depends on what type of prescription glasses you are wearing underneath. The arms have an adjustable length, so you can choose how far behind your ear they go and the amount of squeeze they apply. They don't fall of your face, even when running, and what is more important, the actual lens is never in contact with any part of the prescription glasses. The arms sit above the prescription glasses and the lens sit in front of them, hugging them on the sides and top, but leaving enough gap for ventilation on the bottom. All in all, a very fine product. And most importantly, for the price, you won't get a better protection without losing visibility from anything else. Highly recommended.

These safety glasses are really well made and very practical. There are made of strong lenses which are also scratch resistant and easy to clean. They can be adjusted by pulling or pushing the arm ( do not twist them as they can break ). The fit very well on top of my reading glasses and they do not fog or disturb the vision. Made in Taiwan I recommend buying the storage case as this increase the longevity and avoid accidental damage.

Not many - if any - reviews, stating that they've been used for motorbikes. My purpose was to reduce wind getting in my eyes, on my motorbike. I don't like to wear my visor down as I overheat very quickly, and also don't want my glasses or visor fogging up. I also wanted added protection for my prescription glasses, as you can see. I was apprehensive about whether my glasses would fit as I'd previously done my measurements. It was suggest my glasses would be very snug. As you can see, there's plenty of room in them. Went for a long bike ride today. What a god send! No need to squint. No irritated or itchy eyes or puffiness to the face. What a delight. My transition lenses were unaffected also, which is fantastic. They've really helped me, and let me tell you, the route I took today would've meant my eyes and face would be suffering if I hadn't have worn these. Highly recommend. The only difficulty I would say - for my purpose - the arm points are rigid and sharp when trying squeeze them to fit into my helmet. I've caught my scalp and it's painful. This won't be an issue if using for their actual purpose of safety glasses :) Thank you NoCry! You've definitely found a gap in the market for motorbike glasses over prescription glasses. I bought these NoCry safety glasses to wear over my regular glasses, but unfortunately they didn’t fit properly. That said, they do seem like good quality. The build feels solid, the lenses are clear, and they look like they’d offer decent protection if they fit as intended. If your glasses are on the smaller side, these might work well. For me though, the fit just wasn’t right, which is a shame as everything else about them seemed decent.

I wanted to leave a review of these because I know how safety gear on Amazon can be...less than great. And since these kind of look like normal safety glasses, there's no way to quickly tell how good they are. These are not just bits of clear plastic. I tested them with a 30W UV torch and the UV-reactive test card that came with the torch. With the card behind the glasses, there was no reaction at all. The moment I moved the glasses away, the card immediately fluoresced. I also wear glasses with Transitions lenses, which darken when exposed to UV light. While wearing these safety glasses and using the UV torch, my Transitions lenses did not react at all. As a further test, a brief flash of the UV torch directly at my glasses caused the Transitions lenses to darken immediately. Obviously this isn't a scientific laboratory test, but it's a simple and convincing (to me) demonstration that the lenses are blocking the UV light effectively I've used them with the torch since and have no complaints.

Excellent product. They fit neatly over glasses & definitely reduce blue light eye fatigue.

I’m not very often inspired to leave a review however I’m so impressed with these safety glasses it totally deserves five stars . First I ordered late last night and they were here this morning, primary use is on an open face crash helmet over my glasses they are perfect for this very comfortable you can adjust the arms to get the perfect fit . I have tried so many over fit glasses these are the only ones I have found that are perfect with no loss of side vision and you would not know you have them on your eyes and glasses have protection from bugs and stones from the road

I find them very awkward and uncomfortable with my prescription glasses. They just don't sit well, and push the safety glasses away from my face or off centre. ***amended review*** after my initial review, the supplier contacted me yesterday (29th April 2022), they gave me a full refund, AND they supplied me with an alternative type of safety eye wear free of charge ( I will come to the product further on). I have to say that this is the type of CUSTOMER SERVICE that restores my confidence in a company or business. I am very grateful for this kind and respectful gesture, and I will consider using this company again as a consequence. As for the new product I have been sent, they are safety goggles as opposed to safety glasses but the important objective is for me to be able to wear my prescription glasses behind them, and with these new ones I CAN. There's nothing worse than needing to wear glasses to see what your doing, but then not being able to protect my eyes in the process. These goggles now allow me that comfort AND safety.
