Got this the other day. Used it twice so far and am really happy with it. I feel like a get a great pump and I don’t even have it set on the higher setting. You are able to argent different muscles in your arms, chest, and back. It really is a fantastic piece of equipment and is great for home workouts! It is also well built.

Seems very solid, very well constructed. Came with a book which shows a small assortment of excercises you can do with the device as well as some tips on using it. Wish there was more in that regard, but glad there is something. Beautiful piece of equipment with a huge range of resistance options. I purchased the red one and it looks "sharp" in my opinion. Using it you can definately feel the solidness of it and i definately feel like im getting a very worthwhile workout with this equipment. The device also came with an attatchable locking piece to keep it closed when not in use which i found nice, even though the locking piece(s) is only plastic it works well and as intended. And bonus, they actually gave 3 of these with the equipment so should one happen to get broken i have 2 more! All in all im very happy with this piece of equipment so far. Good purchase in my opinion.

Yes yes yes. Results seen two weeks. If done at a well made scheduled. By six months I'm sure you'll see. I've only had it less than two months I think. I follow the 20 reps on each of the 10 exercises I found on YouTube video. I could write long about my fitness life but I'll just say yes to this. Make something this easy for mid section and life will be efficient without gym.

Been using this for over a year now and it's a great addition to my home gym BUT!- The screws become loose over time, and I had to use thread lock to fix this reoccurring problem.- The plastic counter screen broke over time because of the constant moving parts pressure, so I had to take it off.- Had to replace the bottom middle nut since it kept getting loose due to the threads being torn.In conclusion, it's a great tool to have but it could've easily been built better to last much longer, I shouldn't be the one dealing with the manufacturer's short comings and fixing their product.

Updated!!Worked with the supplier and they gave me a new one even though it was beyond the allotted time frame. Great customer service!!Worked fine but had to continuously tighten it. And now it fell completely apart. Came on here to see if I could get it refunded or replacement and cannot. Got it in February and now it’s the end of May. So only three month’s usage.

So far so good. This little machine has a good amount of resistance I am enjoying the exercises it targets the upper body well. I find that sometimes the screws and nuts get a little loose so you must remember to tighten them. Im glad i brought this.

I have been duped before on things to make me healthier. This is a great unit. I bought the Ab-Lounger, so I know what Im talking about. You can use this for your chest, biceps, and triceps. I am canceling my gym membership! Great little unit!

At first, I thought this was pretty good - decent resistance, easy to store. But after a few months of use (not daily), it started to leak. For £60, that's ridiculous.
