Can you bounce on a spring rebounder just in these? I though you had to wear trainers on spring rebounders? Thanks

We sell the grip socks primarily for use on the bungee sprung rebounder where there are no metal springs to hurt your feet on. Some people doing gentle health bouncing prefer the sensation of training bare foot and using grip socks is safer and more comfortable than bouncing in bare feet. Use of the grip socks will depend on your ankle stability. For those with weak ankles or where there is over pronation at the ankle, we strongly recommend you bounce in trainers as this will keep the ankle, knees and hips better aligned. So every individual needs to assess this for themselves. If in doubt, where trainers. People can use grip socks on the metal sprung rebounders if they choose to but they must ensure that they bounce very carefully and do not catch their feet on the metal springs as this could cause injury/discomfort, particularly if following our high energy routines. They should only be worn when performing gentle low tempo, low intensity bouncing and controlled balance exercises, and not the high energy bounce & burn group exercises or advanced workouts Use of grip socks is down to each individual. Find Your Perfect Rebounder Review: Tested, and good for Yoga and Rebounding - I bought these early Feb but may have left too late to give a review as option to review wasn't coming up in order history. However, to confirm, I am a genuine purchaser and brought these recently after getting the maximus rebounder. Was previously using those yoga socks with individual toes which I liked, although when doing yoga these were stretching painfully in between my tootsies when in d dog etc. Gave these a go and very happy. Well made with what feels to be quality material with nice feeling of compression around middle of foot which I am not used to. Washed a few times on 30 degrees in wash bag and the sticky bits on bottom have not come off. I have laminate wood flooring and with these I definitely don't skid about the place. I am a size 4 and got the small size 4 -7 and they fit great. I question whether they will fit a size 7 but haven't been able to definitively test. As a nice aside, was contacted by the rebounder seller who offered a further free DVD, or socks. Having taken up DVD offer previously I went for the socks, which I hoped were the same as my previous purchase. They were...super happy. Yes, these are socks, but I use them for yoga, rebounding and indoor lounging. No idea how long they will last but they are doing well so far. Really like these. Recommended. Good socks but I was sent a faulty pair

The socks are great for rebounding, however I was sent a faulty pair which have the heel padding sewn onto the front of the socks which looks odd. I wouldn’t wear them in public, which is a shame.

Fit for purpose!

Very impressed with these socks! Thoroughly recommend for rebounder. Felt very safe bouncing on my Fitbounce Pro. My balance isn't great and was bouncing in bare feet before purchasing these. Will be ordering more pairs!

Extremely comfortable. Thick but soft at the same time. Lovely flap for up the back of the heel. Really good for non-slip quality while not feeling stuck to things at the same time. Would highly recommend

Lieber Socken anstatt Schuhe

Ich habe mir zum Rebounder auch die Socken dazu gekauft, da ich gerne auch ohne Schuhe trainiere um meine Füsse und Balance besser zu spüren. Sie sind angenehm zu tragen, können gewaschen werden und vor allem geben sie genug Griffigkeit um gut zu springen!
