Awesome natural combination to lower nerves and anxiety when you need it with no drugged out feelings. The ingredients are recognized and safe for most any person, but I would consult a doctor for chronic stress/anxiety and especially to be safe with prescription medications. The sleep boost of this is fairly good, and you get better hours without the zombie feeling in the morning.

Calms my nerves without prescription medication. Let's me feel more in control of the situation.

I take these to reduce the jitters from too much morning coffee. I have found that 3 tabs work best. They melt quickly and have a sweet taste. Been using for years.

This product is true to its claims that used as directed it calms extreme emotional upset by BALANCING your emotional state enabling clear, rational thinking.

I've used Nerve Tonic for several years, & have reccomended it to friends & family as a safe, non-habitforming sleep aid. I'm still annoyed that Hyland's doubled the price per tablet about 3 years ago. The price per bottle didn't change much, but they reduced the number of tablets per bottle from 100 to 50. Although they do help me relax & fall asleep, I'm thankful I don't have to resort to these more than 2-3 times per month, as it takes 4 or 5 to have an effect (rather than 2, as the label suggests)---so roughly $1 per dose.

A few of these , maybe four or five will definitely help with sleep and when waking up again during the night it is good to take a few more. I use these every night at bedtime. A friend uses these to help her nerves during the day too. I would highly recommend this product
