This is a 60-day supply. It is too early to tell how good it is. Having said that, I like how easy it is to take and you only need 1 per day. For the current price of $0.33 per serving, it is a good value for the money. So far so good.

My husband has been taking CoQ10 for quite some time now. It’s an antioxidant and is suppose to help promote a healthy heart. These supplements can be very pricey so he was open to trying a new brand. This is a very high quality supplement as it contains no artificial coloring, flavor or preservatives. The dose is one easy to swallow capsule, that aren’t too big. Was glad to see the expiration date of 08/26 (even though they’ll be long gone by then) since I always worry about ordering supplements online since you don’t know how long they’ll be good for. We will definitely order this brand again as they are a better price than the ones my husband currently takes.

These capsules are very much like the C0Q10 that I've been taking for a while. They smell and look the same. I switched to these and haven't noticed anything different. The hard part of supplements is that they don't magically do things instantly. These are fresh and come in a sealed and dated container.
