Are there different sizes of headgear availible for the phillips amara view

No, it have velcro on the straps to adjust the size.

Does this headgear have the quick release feature? If not do you have to pull the Velcro off everytime you get up during the night then readjust mask?

No. The quick release for the Amara view mask setup is on the hose. You will use your clips that connect to the mask that will pop off so you don’t have to redo the Velcro every time though.
