I took a single pill before bedtime on three separate occasions, and each time I had very poor quality sleep - confirmed by a wearable device. After some research, I discovered that I might be sensitive to one of the ingredients, so this supplement does not work well for me. it does look like many other people have very positive results with it, so your mileage may vary. I'm leaving 5 stars because the manufacturer very graciously offered to refund my purchase, which shows that they're honest and truly looking to help people, rather than going after a quick buck.
